Review: My daughter purchased extensions from this companies website in early March using my card. when it had been almost a month without hearing that they had shipped she contacted the company as these extensions were specifically for a special occasion. She was ensured that they were running behind but that they would make it on time and that the company would even pay to have them expressed shipped so she held out .. They have still not arrived she has scheduled and missed 2 hair appointments that she still had to pay for and now her birthday is tomorrow and she does not have the extensions. At this point we have asked for a full refund with no response from the company.Desired Settlement: At this point for such awful customer service as well as the extra costs my daughter has had to endure due to this business lying to her we would like the product as well as a refund.

I have ordered hair extensions from this company before and I received them in two weeks like the website states. However, when I placed another order a few months later, I never received it. Their website states, "Expect your order in 2-3 weeks." Four weeks later, my order still had not shipped. At the 3 week mark, I tried to call but the phone number they have listed does not work. I emailed them and they said they would ship them out Friday. My order was still not shipped. I emailed them again and they said Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Thursday came a long and I still did not receive my order and I emailed them and they quit responding. I filed a claim for my money back from my bank and card company. They state on their website that "Customer Service is #1 with Body bling. Please contact us with any concerns/questions you might have." This is a completely false statement. They wait several days before responding and they quit shipping out orders. After reading other reviews on eBay and other sites, people stated that they had to file claims to get their money back. Love Body Bling is a fraud and the company should be shut down for stealing customer's money.
