Review: I placed an order with Love Body Bling, online, over four months ago. I have YET to receive my order. After countless emails requesting information on my order, I have YET to receive any sort of response from their "customer service", which they claim to be a number one priority... Furthermore, they supply no phone number, deeming it impossible to get in contact with them (The one listed on Revdex.com.org's website is faulty)Desired Settlement: I want to receive my order RIGHT AWAY and I want some sort of incentives to provide remedy for this heinous situation.

Review: I ordered a set of hair extensions about 3 months ago from this company that I have bought from before, However I never received anything, & when I emailed them about my issue, they never till this day.. have replied back. I only received one email saying my order was cancelled. I was glad that it was cancelled given how much time I waited and the lack of good costumer service, I just wanted my money back I was over dealing with them. BUT I still have NOT received any of my money back, its been almost a month since they cancelled my order and I also have no clue where this company disappeared too, since shortly after canceling my order they shut down all they're websites, so I now have no way of reaching them or Getting my money back. I am furious, the fact that they just disappeared and took my money with them, money I cannot afford to lose.Desired Settlement: Im please asking for help, if theres any way of knowing who I can call or who was or is in charge of this company because this is really unfair and its basically stealing. I just want my money back.

Review: I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A FOLLOW UP EMAIL BY ANY ONE AT BODY BLING IN 7 DAYS (they claim to reach out to all customers within 24 hours, and they always did, up until I actually purchased the items)

I MADE A PURCHASE OF 2 SETS ON 2/08/2016 FOR MY TWIN SISTERS, FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY PARTY 2/21/2016. AND I FINALLY RECEIVED THE PACKAGE ON 2/20/2016. HOWEVER,ONE SET WAS INCORRECT EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY ASKED FOR BOTH OF THEM TO BE LABELED WITH THE LENGTH & GRAMS (I SAW ON THE REVIEWS THAT THEY SEND SETS WITHOUT THAT INFO), IT HAD THE CORRECT INFORMATION WRITTEN ON IT, BUT SOMEHOW THEY STILL MANAGED TO SEND ME THE INCORRECT SET (FRUSTRATING). [redacted] ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS/MANAGER OFFERED ME A $35.00 REFUND TO KEEP ME AS A CUSTOMER DUE TO ALL THE CONFUSION, AFTER SPENDING NEARLY $300.

I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH [redacted] IN ALL OF THIS (WHICH HAS BEEN EXTREMELY HELPFUL) SHE SENT ME A RETURN LABEL AND ASKED ME TO SEND THE SET BACK WITH A NOTE INSIDE IT STATING THE ORDER #, AND THAT I NEED THE CORRECT SET, BUT SINCE THIS SET WASN'T MINE AND IT WAS A GIFT TO ONE OF MY TWIN SISTERS, SHE SENT OUT THE PACKAGE AND FORGOT TO PUT THE NOTE INSIDE ON 2/25/2016. I WAS TOLD TO WAIT A FEW DAYS, THAT THOSE PACKAGES GO INTO A SEPARATE BIN. IT'S BEEN A WEEK SINCE WE SENT IT OUT.

(i requested an update 2/29/2016, 3/01/2016, 3/02/2016 and 3/03/2016 via email) I HAVE ALL THIS INFO IN VIA EMAIL.Desired Settlement: LOOK, ALL I AM ASKING IS FOR AN UPDATE. ESPECIALLY SINCE THAT SET HAS ALREADY BEEN PAID FOR AND I AM NOT TO BLAME FOR HAVING LOVE BODY BLING SEND ME THE INCORRECT SET. It has been 11 days since company stated they will provide a refund and still have not received it.

Review: The 22" 280gram clip in extensions I ordered are damaged with a overwhelming chemical smell. The smell is the hair itself, and not from packaging materials. This company has failed to back their defective product by exchanging it. There is no way to safely removed this smell without further damaging the product. When I contacted the business they suggested that I wash and condition them to get rid of the smell. Since I washed them per their instructions, they have refused to do an exchange since they have been washed.

Customer conacted us about doing a return. She advised the hair she purchased (extensions) had a strong smell when she received them. She said she washed them and still wanted to return them even though our return policy states no returns on used items. The extensions must be unworn and still in the original packaging for a return to be honored.

She then stated we sent her an email telling her to wash the extensions so we replied, II Please send us a copy ofthat email that one of our employees told you to wash the hair

Since that correspondence we have never heard from her again. We can not further assist this customer ifshe is not willing to correspond with us and also the item she is wanting returned we questioned cause we have never had a customer state that the extensions had a strong chemical smell and ifthis was the case why would she have not just contacted us immediately and not wear the product for a return?

Review: I have been the run around. They keep telling me they will ship out my item and then nothing. There is no business phone so you can't contact them and they won't let you speak with a manager. It's been three weeks since I've ordered when they said it would only take 12 days. I'm not getting anywhere with these people and have never experienced such terrible business.Desired Settlement: I would like my order ASAP. NO MORE EXCUSES.

Review: I ordered product from this company in February. my item did not ship after 30 days and I was told they would refund me. They never did. I have sent over 20 emails to them about this and most they replied stating any day the manager will refund you and then after a month they claimed they couldn't find my info. They asked me to send my order number and PayPal conformation of payment. I sent them all of those items twice now. Still no refund and now they do not reply to me.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund as I was told I would receive.
