I ordered a set of storage rack couplings. I paid through PayPal but never received any shipping update. I tried multiple times to contact them but never received an answer back. Would highly recommend that everyone stay away from this company.

I ordered on 2/29/20, and download the app for tracing the shipment status. However, there is no any progress on my ordered product on the app, and no response to my email sent. I am applying for refund. Hope I can get my money back.

Terrible customer service. Worthless, Useless online shopping mall I've ever seen. I tried to contact loveinhome for 3 business days in a row but still can't reach it. They don't respond for customers, I can't even cancel my order right away.

On 2/4/20, I ordered a box of face masks; they were supposedly in stock. When I hadn't received a shipping notification by 2/13/20, I e-mailed customer service (there's no phone number on the website). I was told that the company was filling orders placed before minefair enough, as I could understand how there would have been many orders for face masks at that time. When I hadn't received a shipping notification after three weeks, however, I e-mailed customer service again to say I wanted an update.

The e-mail I received in reply had Chinese characters in the subject line. Uh oh. "Amy" (if that is her real name) said that things were just beginning to stabilize in her country, then everybody would go back to work, and then they'd begin shipping. So if I could wait some time, she'd be grateful.

This business deliberately deceived me. Why wasn't I told immediately that they are shipping from China and that there'd be a significant delay? The business address on the website is in California and the Revdex.com provides a phone number, but don't bother calling; all you'll get is one ring and then a busy signal.

Unless you enjoy being lied to and non-existent customer service, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Made an order a week ago and haven't received the product. No response from the company.

Purchased item #*** 1/21/20 & not received. Payment was taken & company has failed to respond to my emails.
I purchased item #*** and received a confirmation email with the payment taken on 1/21/20. It is now 2/12/20 and the item has not arrived. I have even downloaded the app requested to follow my item when it is shipped, but it just says the item has been confirmed. 2 attempts have been made to contact the customer service email as I can not call internationally, and no one has responded. I decided to search for this company ever having issues before and found multiple complaints. I would just like the item delivered to me or the money refunded since it was $83.90.

Been waiting 2 months on a couch I ordered and I have not received anything. They said it's out of order when it never said this when ordering it, telling me it would be 7-10 business days until I'd get it.
I've been emailing Amy from customer service since there is no phone number in the US to call them.

I purchased and item in which I received an email that is was out of stock. I then asked for a refund and I have received no response.
I ordered 2 items which totaled $86.15. I received an email from the company saying the items I ordered were out of stock. So they offered for me to wait for the item to be available or to receives refund. I responded with do you face an estimated date on then the items will be available and I never received a response. I then emailed with an email just asking for a refund since the money had already been taken out of my account. I have yet to here back from anyone. The tracking information I was sent just says ordered confirmed and has no other information. I also have tried to call several times and then line is always busy. I would really like a refund in the products I ordered since I will probably never receive them due the then "being out of stock".

Desired Outcome

I would like the money refunded to my account and someone to get in touch with me about this issue.

They emailed me a response saying that I would receive an refund in 3-5 business days. The email was last Thursday and I have yet to receive one. I have since reached out and not heard anything back. I need my money back due to my order not shipping and me getting the product from a different source. I believe this business is a scam am I am needing a refund on the product.

Ordered product in August 2018. Contacted seller because I still hadn't received item Sept. 27, 2019. Received reply from "Lois" saying the item was out of stock and would I mind waiting a few days. Still no product. Contacted the company in December 2019 and again a few days ago.

Again, I have not received my order or any information regarding my order. I am expecting an immediate response from you.

Phone # provided in both loveinhome.com and duo fashion.com are the same and inoperable. Only a busy signal accessed.

No order updates received. No product received. Item is still showing available on website.

I placed an order on December 6th. Thay charged my credit card immediately but I never received the item or any kind of a notice. I emailed them several times with no reply. Beware of this scam company. I would give them a negative zero score if that were possible.

Total Fraud company! Ordered a Christmas ornament and they charged me immediately. The ornament never arrived after weeks of waiting. I emailed company twice and tried to call them. The phone was always a busy signal and I got no response via email. Fortunately, I paid with my credit card so I just called and disputed the charge. After I disputed the charge I got an email from the company saying they cancelled my order. Still waiting for the money to be refunded to my credit card. It could take up to 45 days ( as per credit card company). DO NOT buy from this company. I repeat...NEVER...EVER buy from them!

My credit card company refunded me, but I've heard nothing more from ***. Company is a total scam.

Ordered Product, no shiiping notification after weeks and no email response.
Purchase (3) boxes of trash compactor bags order #USX-XXXX @ a cost of $32.48 on January 3, 2020. After not receiving any shipping information, sent email asking for shipping info, but got no response. I again sent email asking same question and received no response. Today, sent email to PayPal asking for a refund but they wanted a login which I do not have, the CC as processed through PayPal.

Would like company to refund the mount back to the CC.

Terrible company. They prey on people who forget they ordered. It makes customers have low confidence in buying from an unknown business, then turning to big companies for orders like amazon. I have a legit small e-commerce store, and this type of predatory practice damages the e-commerce community.

Advertised an item they did not have and will not refund purchase price.
I purchased a hand vacuum order #*** on Nov. 13, 2019 in the amount of $87.48 on a debit card.
On Nov 14 I received an email confirming my purchase and saying they would notify me when it ships.
On Nov 26 I emailed *** asking when it would ship?
Nov. 27 received reply "out of stock" will notify when it comes in from ***
Nov. 28 received e-mail please wait a few more days from *** along with an offer "If not, we could help you cancel and full refund."
Dec. 8 I emailed "If not shipped this week please cancel and issue full refund".
Dec. 18 - I emailed "please cancel and issue full refund"
Dec. 29 - I emailed that since I have received no response from them, if a full refund is not issued by Jan 3, 2020 it would be my intention to file a complaint against them.

I have had no response nor have I received a refund for this order. They advertised a product they didn't have, took my money and now ignore all efforts I have made to get a refund.

Total Scam and no help from PayPal as I used a debit card for the payment and checked out as a guest. My mistake, I should have set up the Paypal account and used a credit card. Chalk this up to a lesson learned.

Order never shipped with no response.
My online order #*** of a Department 56 Jack Daniel's Village Delivery Truck Accessory Figurine (***) was confirmed on 11/25/19. Item has not shipped and the company has not responded to any of my emails. My Debit card was charged.
