Total scam. Never received the item I ordered, but was charged, Will be disputing through PayPal.

Ordered trash compactor bags on 11/04. Did not received product. Cpmpany said out of stock. Refund will be made. Did not happen.
Trash Compactor bags *** for $32.48 ordered on 11/03. Received order confirmation on 11/03- order #***. Pay Pal sent email that payment of 32.48 was sent to Buyreal***. Company sent email on 11/20 stating bags were out of stock and refund would be made in 3-5 business days. I emailed this company and asked for refund 12/07 and on 12/10. No response. I would like to have this matter taken care of.

I ordered a vacuum cleaner on November 9/2019. Order was confirmed my card was billed but I have not received product. I have sent several emails but getting no reply. I called and their number is busy all time. My order was 237.38. I want my money back

No success trying to cancel order prior to shipment.
No reply to multiple emails & no answer at company phone number.
Fraudulent company.
Placed complaint w/ Revdex.com & w/ my bank.

They sent me a refund

Purchased an item months ago and was charged but never received it.
I ordered a minecraft poster in March 2019 and was immediately charged through paypal for $3.30. I received the confirmation email stating I would be notified when it shipped. I havn't heard from the company since. I have sent three emails regarding order #X-XXXX but received no response.

Desired Outcome

I would prefer the poster be shipped to me but if unable to I need a refund.

received a refund. Thank you. This company does not respond to any attempts to reach them. They receive payment, tell you your order is ready for shipping but you never receive it. They should be wanred about wire fraud. Thanks again

I have not received any shipping information since I ordered this item on August 17, 2019
I ordered a new Bissell Air Ram 1984 vacuum cleaner on August 17, 2019 through their website. The cost of the item was $194.98 and it appeared immediately on my MasterCard credit card through PayPal.

Desired Outcome

I want the delivery of this item or a complete refund due to failure to honor this purchase's delivery.

My complaint has been resolved to my satisfaction. The amount charged ion my MasterCard had been reversed. I purchased the same product on an obviously more reputable website. Thanks for your help in this matter.

I ordered two HEPA filters for our lab on 8/6/19. Order was confirmed, my card was billed, but I have not received product, nor has it shipped.

After two weeks I emailed the company for a follow up, but getting no reply (website states 24/7 online customer service) I called them, but their number is constantly busy. Looking them up online I see that this seems to be a common complaint lately.

My order was 8/6/19, order #*** for $179.96.
Items ordered were 2 of the following:

KOIOS Large Air Purifier with True HEPA Filter, Allergies Eliminator Air Cleaner for Large Rooms, Home, Dust & Pollen, Smoke and Pet Dander.

I would give them more time to respond, but seeing two recent complaints on your site, following same pattern of behavior, makes me want resolution quickly.

What I want are my HEPA filters. If they are unable to ship them, then I would like a refund. I paid with my company Mastercard through a Paypal payment portal. I have a screenshot of the transaction page if need be.

All this could have been avoided if they simply had customer service rather than the illusion of such.

I would like my items to be shipped immediately. If that is impossible (in which case why wasn't I notified) then a full refund will have to suffice. There is no reason to run a business like this. An answer to an email, or having a customer service phone number that is working, would have avoided all this.

After numerous attempts to contact loveinhome, I received 1 email back. I paid for a product over a month ago , and still hav e yet to receive it.
I purchased 1-Mainstays extra long extended dorm bed skirt in pink on July 12, 2019 for $46.13.
The website states in stock. I received a confirmation number for my order (***).
I emailed the customer service when the time didn't arrive on 7/29. They replied that the item was out of stock and asked for me to wait a few more days. I went on their site again and saw that it's advertised "in stock".
I have tried to call and email again with no response at all..
At this point I assume I am not getting my order. I place it on my credit card, and have since canceled my card since my wallet was stolen.
I would like a refund at this point and time as my daughter has left for college and I am no longer in need of the item.

Same situation as first review. Credit card charged immediately. After a few weeks with no ship notice, contacted company. No response. A week later threatened to report to credut card company if still no response. A week later email saying order cancelled. No explanation, no apology. Product still listed on site.

My husband and I ordered a rug but we never received and the company NEVER responded to email OR phone, both listed on their website. I first started by emailing the company to find out shipping updates. I also called the listed phone number. That number continually states "user busy". My husband checked our credit card statement to see if we were charged. Sure enough, we were charged. So, we ended up handling it through out credit card company, fortunately, but we never got ahold of anyone and never received our item. DO NOT attempt purchasing anything through this skeptical and sketchy company. I wish I had read a review like this before attempting.

I have emailed the company to get shipping information using *** listed on paypal and also *** which is listed on their website. I have also called the listed phone number. That number continually states "user busy". So far, I have not received my item and I cannot get a hold of anyone at this company to give me further information.

Trying to cancel an order before the product is shipped and the '18-days after sale date? is done where company says cannot cancel. The company voicemail has been FULL for days and cannot leave a message. Sent at least 5 emails requesting to cancel and NO RESPONSE. Paid for the product through PayPal and I need them to refund it before the product is shipped. There is NO WAY to contact this company. They took my money and there is no product. I do not want the product anymore and need my money back!
