Loving Laser Center, disputes this claim # [redacted] paid $for a package of laser hair removal treatments on her bikini area on May 4, ($per treatment x = $- 10% = 1332.00) [redacted] received successful treatments on her bikini area in our clinic (ref: attached treatment log)Therefore she has no grounds for a refund.A package like the one [redacted] purchased, during a special we were running, is advertised as “buy one area of the body at 50% off and received a 2" and 3' area free.” We define a package of treatments as 8, so 50% off means that a client will pay for treatments, receive an additional treatments for free, and then be allowed to choose a 2" and 3' area of lesser value for free, [redacted] decided to purchase the package of treatments on her bikini area and gifted her 2" and 3' area to her family memberIt is our clinic policy that areas or treatments received for free during a special do not at any time hold a monetary valueThey can only be redeemed towards further treatment at a Loving Laser Center.Since [redacted] completed successful treatments in our clinic (refattached treatment records), she not only received services worth more than she paid for, but also her family member received treatments for free, exceeding far more than she paid[redacted] decided on her own accord not to come back to our clinic for further treatments due to the discomfort she was experiencing during treatment, she was always treated with the same lasers, Loving Laser only uses the Lumenis duet lasers for treatmentAs for the comments that she claims were made by the RN they were not brought to our attention at the time of her treatment.Kind Regards,Loving Laser Center

We have spoken to Ms.***This is being resolved as soon as she gives us her fax number to send proper paper work and of course we need a credit card number to reverse the charges Loving Laser never bills a credit card without a clients permission All credit card numbers are
shredded immediately following purchase Her purchase was Friday July 31st Ms*** wanted to schedule treatment, in order to do so, the procedure must be paid for before client can be added to the schedule Ms*** called Loving Laser at 12:Aug to cancel her appointment that was scheduled at 1:that same day Ms*** was scheduled for a hour and thirty minute appointment Her canceling last minute left a LL nurse doing nothing for one and a half hours because of last minute cancellationMs*** did not give LL a hour period to cancel her apt or for us to respond to her request for a refund before contacting the Revdex.com We have no problem refunding her money for treatments she never received, But we would of liked to have had a hour period to do so.

attached treatment log)Then he purchased another package on April 11, for his shoulders ($x 8-70% = $1176,00) he received successful treatmentsTherefore he has no grounds for a refund.A package like the one *** *** purchased, during a special we were running, is advertised as “buy one area of the body at 50% off and received a 2" & 3" area free.” We define a package of treatments as 8, so 50% off means that a client will pay for treatments, receive an additional treatments for free, and then be allowed to choose a 2" & 3* area of lesser value for freeThe second purchase was discounted even more at 70% off and he received a 2" and 3* area free.*** *** decided to purchase the package of treatments on his entire back and received buttocks and bikini for free (he received successful treatments on his entire back, buttocks, and bikini areasThe second package purchased was for his shoulders and he received his anterior neck and upper arms free (he received treatments on each area successfully) It is our clinic policy that areas or treatments received for free during a special do not at any time hold a monetary valueThey can only be redeemed towards further treatment at a Loving Laser Center clinic,Since *** *** completed successful back treatments, and successful shoulder treatments in our clinic (ref attached treatment records), he not only received services worth more than he paid for, but also received treatments for free, exceeding far more than he paid.Kind Regards,Loving Laser Center

In response to *** *** complaintAfter looking at the clients file...it appears we have gone above and beyond the scope of fairness In order to keep our guarantee a client must follow protocol, which means following suggested time frames to be successful at removing unwanted
hair The time frame for the lip and chin area is 6-weeks Meaning if you come only times a yearyou keep the guarantee We can not get the hair if the client doesn't come for treatment If a client falls out of time frames ..we allow said client to return to LLC with the understanding they will follow our protocol *** *** fell out of protocol many times and was allowed to return to clinic The issue is all the fees she owes for NCNS apt. She started in Feb of stayed with protocol thur April Her next Appointment was Jan (she made a appointment for March but was too tan...again not following protocol) She No Called No Showed on Sept14,May 11th,17th Let her come back again May 13th rescheduled to May 14th 2015,,then NCNS that appointment...We then let her come back again in March 2016..She was treated on that appointment then NCNS on June 2nd and again on June 11th 2016. LLC has been more than accommodating To *** *** She only wants to pay for NCNS fee...we are not willing to accept that amount. Our guarantee has been the same since we started years ago This has been explained many times to *** *** The NCNS fees have been the same for years. We have explained them many times and the policy is posted at check in and checking out windows.

This matter has been resolved and I have received a full refundHowever, I did not receive my refund until I filed this complaint and signed a release saying I would not hold them liable now or in the future In my conversation with Ms Loving we both agreed to disagree and just say it was a misunderstanding, which is not what was stated in her responseWhen I first made the appointment I was told I was under no obligation and could change mindI was not made to believe that my credit card would be charged before I had even been in to see them for a consultationIn the end though, I have received my money back and I am satisfied with the outcome
