Low Budget Movers

I explained everything that happened in the previous response, I have however taken aside both of our movers that were out there and asked them separately in regards to exactly what happened and the information coincided with each other so we stand firm behind this move. Ms. [redacted] deliberately left our movers waiting for her not only when they first arrived at the pick up location but also after they were unloaded. In regards to the TV, as stated at the bottom of the contract we have the right to withhold any items until balance is paid in full. There was no unlawful entry on our part especially when Ms. [redacted] told my men to unload into the house while she went to the bank to get more funds but never returned. At this point, the movers loaded the TV, closed the doors to her place and returned to our warehouse. We have given her every opportunity to make this right but since she refuses we will be filing with the courts for the entire amount.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I will send you the text messages of our conversations and pictures from the moving truck and some of the damages from this company. Some of our items were literally broken to pieces right when the truck door opened at our new home and our belongings were not packed properly or not at all, which is what cauased all the broken furniture and items. [redacted] claimed that we had bed bugs on our belongings and that his warehouse was infested. He also claimed that he sprayed our property with pesticides, infecting most of our storage food and food for the new home. [redacted] has not provided us with any pictures or bills from the company he claims sprayed our belongings and since changed his story and claimed later that our property was not sprayed. [redacted] has not yet to filed an insurance claim for our property. The contract states that all our property is 100% covered, he failed to provide packing and loading and unloading to tear down and set up as required in the contract and he was almost a month late in providing all our property to our home, leaving us in a home without any of of property.

did have to take all other storage out of the building because bed bugs were present in his belongings. After the belongings were reloaded we had to have the entire warehouse treated for bugs. I contacted the property manager from the house he rented in Phoenix (that we picked up from and they were having similar problems). Also on delivery, I requested a 2-3 week notice on delivery and didn't receive that. I have a running schedule and have to plan ahead to deliver a load that is hundreds of miles away. I nor any other moving company can deliver a house of furniture out of state with no notice. This has been a bad experience and lesson learned for us as it has costed us thousands and we now have new protocols in place for things like this. We did perform [redacted]'s move on 07/18/16, and yes we did end up giving her a discount due to the length of the job. As we had explained to [redacted] over the phone, the truck did come back empty that day as we do check all of our trucks daily. We also searched all over our...

warehouse just to make sure and still found nothing. The possibility of her box that she is claiming being stolen off the truck is very unlikely as we have never had that happen on any given day. Low Budget Movers has no problem fixing any mistakes on our part but this is a different matter because we have no idea if we even had her claimed box on our truck and no company out there is just going to pay out a replacement without any proof it was even in our possession. I have attached a copy of our contract that was signed by [redacted] noting that we are not responsible for any lost articles that was not packed by our company.

Low Budget Movers were AMAZING!!!!! They were fast, careful, polite and the price was great! I have already been recommending them.

This was my first experience using a moving company, and these guys exceeded my expectations. Not only was my quote spot on, they were VERY flexible. First I added my son's move then I had to change my move date the day before my original date. Then I was supposed to be on the ground floor and ended being on the 2nd floor backside of the building. Through it all they were cheerful, friendly, and did a great job.

I am just writing to commend Billy and Reuben on their move on this past Wednesday. I am very particular and it takes a lot to get a perfect anything from me but with all sincerity I can say that I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were so professional and courteous I was amazed. Moving was a stressful enough situation but those two went above and beyond what I was expecting. My first moves around Arizona (I was moving from out of state) were horrible with the movers showing up 3-4 hours late with no explanation and a list of things that they were and were not going to do. They were even careless with furniture and damaged several expensive marble and glass pieces. Needless to say I was gun shy this time around. I knew I needed professional movers but I had friends on speed dial ready just in case the movers “showed out”. THANK YOU for having such great employees. Not once did I have to call my friends for help and when they checked up on me over the course of the day they were shocked that 3.5 hours later, not only was I moved out of the 1st apt but into the second. And with NO damage to my furniture this time around. They put everything exactly where I needed it (even if it meant in the storage room) so I would not have to lift it later. I could not say enough about how great these guys were that my friends are requesting their information for upcoming moves that they are thinking about. I truly just cant say thank you enough times.

Review: Low Budget Movers moved us from [redacted] to [redacted] in January 2015. They stored our belongings for about a month and a half in the his warehouse that he claimed was infested with bed bugs. The contract also stated that he would have our property within a month and he took a month and a half to deliver our household property. When it arrived in Colorado, damages after damages were discovered. They did not reesemble the furniture together as was stated in the contract and it was very shortly after this time that all the kids began to get bed bug bites all over there bodies. We told the owner of the situation and he told us to make a list of the damages and he would file an insurance claim. This is also stated in the contract that everything is 100 percent covered. When we did everything he asked, he told us if sue him he will counter sue and blame us for his bed bug problem.Desired Settlement: The owner of Low Budget Movers needs to file an insurance claim on the damages that were associated with this move.

I have taken all information to my insurance agency ([redacted]) ([redacted]) (###-###-####) to submit a claim for the problem. Again I assume no responsibility for any damages that are on furniture as they are pre-existing to the move. Also any infestation to the furniture was previous to the move as it came in the warehouse with the furniture. But in good faith I will submit as claim the insurance company as requested by the customer on my General liability and Cargo insurance Policy. I will also reply back with all documents and claim number once I receive the information. This should take no longer than 24 hour. This is all I will do for the customer. Again I assume no responsibility and this will be the final effort to satisfy the problem. I will also not seek any legal course of action for the problems and costs occurred from bringing the (infested) belongings into my warehouse. Thank you for your time. I can't express enough how thankful I am for Brian, Jake and Joe at Low Budget Movers. I had a very last minute move out of a 3,000 square foot house and they mad it so easy and seamless. I called Brian at 7:30am and he took care of EVERYTHING (except packing, hehe). I had a 26' truck, 2 movers and storage in 20 minutes! And it was the least I have ever paid for a move and storage!

I was very stressed and overwhelmed. I had Brian schedule the movers for 1pm and they showed up at 12:45 to assess the move. My time started 1:17pm and ended at 4:50pm. I couldn't believe it! I thought I would be there all night! The movers, Jake and Joe, we absolutely amazing! They were so efficient, never stop and made me aware of anything that I needed to know regarding my valuables. They brought their own packing materials and made sure my belongings were safe and secure.

When the truck was full and the house was empty, they took my belongings to storage and unpacked it there. I didn't even need to go! Which was a relief because I was exhausted. They only charged me for the time they were at the house. Not for unloading it at the storage! Plus, for the storage, I received the first month free.

I have moved several times and this by far was my best experience!

I used Low Budget Movers for our move from Phoenix to Palm Springs. Brian and his team were on time, professional and very hard working. We got the entire move packed up and to Palm Springs in less than seven hours. They were a pleasure to work with.

Review: On July 31, 2015 I contracted LowBudgetMovers to assist with a move from Phoenix to Mesa. They moved my things into all my boxes into one of the bedrooms so I could go through each box at my leisure. They didn't put tags on any of the boxes so I didn't find out what was missing until all were emptied. The missing items were a 6 foot aluminum ladder and a saw. I contacted Brian as soon as I noticed they were missing and he was to check into it. I had to contact him again and again both by phone and email. He said that there wasn't a ladder but that he did find the saw and stated that he tried calling me 2 times. I verified the phone number by email and gave him the gate code to my complex. That's the last I heard..and still have no saw or ladder. I had to replace the ladder but the saw can't be replaced because it's an antique. Brian advised me that they couldn't file an insurance claim on something they didn't have! I think that the ladder was left at another location because they had another job after mine.,Desired Settlement: I want my saw and $45 that I had to pay for a new ladder.

I used Low Budget Movers on my move to Coolidge. I loved the service and attentiveness to me and my belongings. The crew arrived on time and performed the job that they explained and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied. The movers, [redacted] and [redacted], arrived on time. They were very efficient and professional. They moved a refrigerator from our rental to our sons home. They

were very friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with this company. Their prices were very good.

We had two small moves and two very short time frames. We had four movers total help us (two each time) and all four were nice, polite, punctual, strong and efficient. I would highly recommend Low Budget Movers anytime.

We had first contact with [redacted] before we closed on our home, to set up the move. After a false start with the closing date, [redacted] was very accommodating and said that we would have a truck and crew whenever we did close, and he was true to his word! The crew arrived on time and went immediately to work. [redacted] and [redacted] did an exemplary job for us, were courteous and considerate. They worked in the heat of the day, and didn't stop once in the 8.5 hours it took to move us. I surely dislike moving, but if I have to ever do it again, the first call I will be making is to [redacted]. Anyone wanting a stress-free experience in moving needs to call [redacted] and his crew. We hired this company to move us from Maricopa to Chandler. They were excellent to say the least. We filled the truck completely and they guys were careful not to damage anything and clearly took pride in the service/work they performed. They we very respectful and courteous. I highly recommend their services.

low budget movers is the greatest movers I've ever used. They are fantastic. they were on time, friendly, professional and worked through until the move was done. Was well worth the price and will definitely recommend them to all our friends.

I have used this moving company twice in the last year….Next week, it will be my third time. The owner and his team are great! Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have moved because of horrible apartment complexes that were intolerable. Stress is my middle name. They have been patient, professional, honest and took good care of my belongings. Dealing with a neurotic customer is no sweat for these guys. They work quickly, are on time, and so reasonably priced, I'm not sure I could have afforded to move this frequently. The bonus is they actually brought tools for any assembly needed. No other budget mover has offered this service. I've tried other movers, and this company surpasses them all. Great work!
