Great service from the people I talked to on the phone to the technicianI had a ceiling fan that was defective and looked like it would fall at any moment I called Lowry for an appt and Norm Wcame the same day and removed it I ordered a replacement and Norm came back to install the fan He did an excellent job on the installation, answered all my questions, was personable and professional and left my room looking neatI also liked knowing up front what the job would cost before any work was done After the installation, I received a followup call from Lowry regarding the service Very pleased from start to finish I would definitely use Lowry again

Sean & Erving what a great crew , polite Knowledgable and very professionalShowed what their progress on the replacement of the heater and air conditioner Careful and very clean Truly a great asset to your company (Lowry) that has professional employees like these Even during the original tear down Both Sean & Erving showed absolute care like it was their own house Today people seemed too intent in just the finish project after the installation they show my wife how to program the thermostat and different waysEvery little aspect with care and concern star all the way
