According to our records, customer ordered the Skin Cream and the Eye Cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/12/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.99 and $4.97.The trial expired on 11/26/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 11/26/2016 $89.92 for the Skin Cream and $84.95 for the Eye Cream.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 12/22/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer also requested a refund ,which our Customer Service had issued a     35% courtesy refund $31.47 for the Skin Cream and $29.73 for the Eye Cream which the customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund  $55.22 for the Eye Cream and $58.45 for the Skin Cream charged on 11/27/2016.
