While we do understand their frustration and concerns, we do apologize that we are unable to satisfy their needsAs a retailer on line, we are no different than a retail store who sells hundreds of different brand itemsWhen a supermarket sells a brand of foods, they do not go through the process of inspecting those companiesLuckyVitamin does go through an in depth process to select quality brands to provide to our customerThese supplement brands do have inspections of their products to make sure that what is labeled is actually in the productThis information would be available from the manufacturerLuckyVitamin does try to provide as much information as possible regarding the products, brand and customer reviews and ratingsShould there be any concerns with a specific product, LuckyVitamin does supply on the web site the manufacturer brand contact information for customer's to reach out directly to themMost companies prefer to hear from the customer directly if there is an issue so they can review and rectify any problemsWe do hope this provides some satisfaction and hope the information provided on the web site offers quality feedback to make the best decision on the products providedBest of Health,

March 2, 2016In response to this customer's complaint, we are very sorry for the delivery issues the customer experienced thru ***We do understand the frustration along with the time and energy that was put fourth because of the original damaged shipment and the failed attempts of the
replacement packageWe do our best to protect the products during transit so the products arrive safely to our customersUnfortunately, this did not happen with the original shipment and so a replacement was sent with upgraded ground shipment instead of the standard shipping originally selected by the customer.Even after our customer service representative spoke with *** to make sure all the appropriate information was provided to them to better assist with delivery, it appears, *** did not follow thruWe ship thousands of packages a day and truly do not experience this type of neglect from *** so we unsure as to why this was so difficult to deliverWe do apologize for their neglect however delivery is up to *** regarding the discretion of the area.See quoted message from rep on customer's order: "advised next delivery attempt is scheduled for tomorrow and I will call fed ex- asked for name of her business so they can note the package, *** skin care - called *** ** and advised very unhappy cust and asked that they note name of business and to please ensure package is delivered tomorrow - called cust and got VM, left mess that *** ** now has her biziname and hopefully shouldn't be an issue"Although we understand the customer's frustrations, we did make many attempts to work with and assist themAnother replacement shipment was offered to the customer with a 2Day shipping however they declined this option and preferred a refundOn 2/an email was sent to the customer stating a full refund was applied after the original replacement package was not received and was being shipped back to the warehouse.The desired settlement of a refund has been appliedWe do apologize we were unable to deliver the items the customer ordered in tack and in a timely mannerAs for ***, we do apologize they were unable to connect for delivery as it is the discretion of *** regarding deliveries.Our sincere apology, Best of Health, LuckyVitamin

Thank you for your recent order and we do apologize that you were not able to receive your order in fullLuckyVitamin does have an instock of inventory that usually runs approximately 95% so shipping orders in full is most often completedLuckyVitamin does try to provide as much information in
advance as possible which includes showing if an item is in stock at time of purchase, however we do understand that multiple orders for the same item may be placed at the same time and on a rare occasion can create an issueLuckyVitamin does not collect any money for product until it ships and so if there is a back ordered item, the customer is not charged for the item until it ships to the customer. We do understand your frustration and although the back ordered item was cancelled from the order, we were unable to cancel the order in full as it was already being processedAs mentioned by customer service, there package includes a return shipping label for the customer's convenience to return the shipmentWe do see in the notes on this order that a FULL refund has already been provided, including the amount for the product already received. LuckyVitamin is looking to make changes as to way items that are currently out of stock can be orderedMost products are back in stock within just a couple of days.Again, our apology that we were unable to cancel the order in full and the customer was unable to receive their full order. October 21, 2014We have received the information regarding this complaint.We do apologize the customer's request to cancel their back ordered product did not take place in a timely enough manner as the product had just arrived back into stock and the order proceeded to be

Wow, I was worried with all the negativity on this and other sites, but I thought I'd try an order anyway I ordered six large boxes of gelatin powder on April and received them on May I'm in Canada and the order came from the US The packaging was excellent and the boxes arrived clean with no damage Including shipping and customs I saved about 25% compared to the cheapest Canadian prices I could find I couldn't be happier, and I will be ordering from Lucky Vitamin in the future

does alert the bank, it is up to the individual bank when that auth will drop off. Recently we were alerted to difficulties through our systems alerting the banks with this information. We have received the notice of complaint from the customer and we have looked into all of the detailed information regarding their phone call and request.We do apologize for any confusion with this order and do understand the customer's disappointment. Unfortunately the product was unavailable for...

an extended amount of time due to the manufacturer's unavailability. Once the manufacturer was able to source the ingredient again, there was a large price increase for the product. This was completely out of our control as we do not manufacture the product.The customer service manager has also listened to the phone conversation between the customer and the customer service representative. After listening to the whole conversation, it was determined the customer never requested the product to remain on back order until back in stock.The customer did ask about a replacement product.We do our best to keep the customer updated on all back order product information with continued emails. Once a product has been on back order for 60 days, if it has not come back into stock and the item is not marked on an order to not cancel, the system will automatically cancel the item.We had no way of knowing that when the item was cancelled from the order, it would shortly be back in stock, This item was not intentionally cancelled from the order as it is not a manual procedure.Again, we do apologize the product was not available and when it was, there was such a large price variation, We are unable to provide the same product at the original price at this time as it would be well below cost. Unfortunately the manufacturer is unable to provide it to us at the lower price any longer. I have been buying from this Company for years with No Problems - then last year they started telling me my C.C. card didn't match my address - supposedly issue resolved - but it wasn't - problems continued. Phone calls & emails continuous. What a nightmare - then this Feb. 2015 - finally an order went thru normally. Now in March & April same problem. They gave me Promotion Code (discount) for all their screw ups - today same stuff - things don't match with my C.C. Customer Svc. is to have Supervisor call me back. They have become a Nightmare to deal with.

We have received a complaint from the above regarding a product we provide through the manufacturer [redacted]. The customer has stated "the product is not what it claims to be, as any lab testing will show."
We would recommend the customer provide the manufacturer the testing...

information they have that would show this statement to be correct. Once [redacted] provides us with information supporting this claim the product would then be discontinued or recalled by them and we would no longer carry it. I am rejecting this response because:
Lucky Vitamin continues to appear to be concerned yet they have not addressed the fact that after the first shipment was returned to them as it was damaged during shipment, they promised to expedite a second package.  Instead they sent the second shipment out the same way as the first.  
I am tired of their excuses and as I said before, [redacted] has an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and Lucky Vitamin has a D- rating.  
Long story short: Lucky Vitamin should not make promises to customers that they don't intend on keeping.  It's just good business sense to be fair and honest in your communication with customers.
