As part of a literal bucket list I bought two guns, one a C96 red 9 and the other a Colt 1902 military. Total price $7600. Took over a year to get. Both guns were absolutely beautiful. I doubt that they looked that good when they were new.

Both were meant to be shot A LOT! Just before the Colt was shipped I was told that they could not find a decent barrel. I suggested waiting until one was available or, if that was not possible, I would pay to have a new one made. Alas the gun was just shipped.

Neither worked. In the case of the C96 the barrel literally fell off after 160 rounds. In the case of the Colt the accuracy was so poor that after 100 rounds I just gave up shooting it.

Both were returned and it was agreed that the $7600 would be paid over time. That was the last I ever heard. Well not quite. The C96 was to be rebuilt and sold again. The Colt was rather quickly sold. I, however, never got any refund.

I would STRONLY recommend not doing business with these people!

In 2016, I purchased an ultra rare Imperial German Navy Gewehr 98 from a very good friend. I sent the pictures to Eugene to see if he could return this rifle to issue condition, as the stock was badly dented, and the whole rifle had salt pitting. Eugene had a real puzzle on his hands with this weapon, and bravely set forth with his crew to see what could be done. What I received was not so much a rifle, but an unbelievable work of art. This Mauser 1898 (dated 1916) with a property disc number 1919 from Werft Danzig, and the Imperial Navy M stamped on the stock, is indeed my favourite rifle. Many Thanks to all at Lugerman Inc.

C.P Force was contracted through Mr [redacted] and his mother in August of to complete a remodel job that was a result of heavy snow caving in they're roofC.P Force was the second contractor hired for the jobWe did everything per our contract and even through in some extras at no costAll material used on this job was in fact picked out by the homeowners wife via text messages,pictures, and samples sent back and forth from myself ( BrendaJ [redacted] ) and Mrs [redacted] I have the messages supporting thisThe homeowners wife changed the color on the steel for the roof and the siding causing C.P Force to send the initial order back and reorder the new color, C.P Force did so with no hesitationOur electrician that was hired for this job is in fact a licensed electrician out of Fulton NYI can assure you that not one person from C.P Force has ever used vulgar language with our customersC.P Force has before, during, and after pictures of the progress and completion of the job in question, which the homeowners couldn't have praised us enough onThis job was completed almost months ago so I would assume that if there was any problems with our workmanship the homeowner would have contacted us long before nowThis was an insurance claim job, which means there are inspections performed for each phase (draw) before any money is handed overIf the inspection was not up to par we would never have received our paymentsI have attached documentation supporting that alsoC.P Force will in no way refund any moneys for this job as we did everything that we were supposed toFurther more our contract didn't even come up to $50,so I think the homeowner has included the first contractors pay into this refund amount!

I have been dealing with the Lugerman for over ten years, and have also purchased weapons Eugene has restored, as well as submitting mine for an overhaul His work cannot be beat I shall continue to work with Lugerman until I kick the bucket!!!

Lugerman restore to me several guns and I also perches from him 1907 Test luger 45 cal. I am very much enjoy superior quality of his work. Restorations take time, and if your have time and you can wait, you will be get back gun with highest quality of restorations. My next project will be goin to Eugene very soon...

Phone Response - I ordered the materials for a pole barn, then they stopped it because they didn't want to pay for a drawing to get the permitI then offered $back and I would build a deck for them, so I ordered the material for the deck, then received correspondence from their lawyer so I did
not send the $Now I am sitting with materials for a pole barn and deck, and they want their money back ? I will still offer to refund the $2000, and build the deck, but will not refund the total amount
