Absolutely horrible service!! I have sent emails to 3 different addresses to inquire about an order and they did not respond! I went online to chat with them and entered my inquiry and they never responded to that either. I called them and was told I would get a call back but, guess what, no response at all. I would give a zero star review if I could.
I hired Luli Pools to reconstruct my pool. I added two fountains in which one is leaking very bad. I told the owner about it several times about it.
I hired Luli pools to reconstruct my pool. I added two water features which look great. But shortly after I noticed that one of them was leaking and the water is seeping through the tile and very noticeable. I spoke to him about it and apparently he didn't see anything. they open the back of the fountains to look at it and still said it was not leaking. I waited a couple more weeks and again the fountain is leaking. This time even more. I spoke to one of his employees which happens to be a family friend, to come out and check it out. He confirmed that there was a leak. We both called the owner to tell him and he still refused that there was leak. HE told me that he will send someone out to check it. So I gave him the benefit if the doubt that someone will come. a month later someone came out and told the owner I had no leak. I got so fed up, I didn't want them in my house anymore. they were giving me the run around. I knew they didn't want to break concrete and re-do my fountains. I called the store, and he picked up the phone. I knew it was him because I know his voice. I asked for the owner, and he told me to please hold that he was going to get him. He put me on hold for about an hour. I have been after this guy since May to fix it, and nothing. Now my leak has gotten really. So bad that the leak starts at the fountain and continues half way down the pool. I am so fed up that I paid so much money for some guy to do this. Please help

Our company responded immediately after it was notified.
Upon confirming the leak, we provided customer with free pool maintenance while performing repairs and allowing customer time to monitor/check for any other leaks as a gesture of goodwill.
The last time customer called us, he spoke with his family friend (which happens to be our employee)to say "the leak was fixed so we can finish patching the concrete".
We have not received any communication regarding this matter until receiving the Revdex.com letter on 11/20/2017.

He never came to inspect the leak. He gave me the run around that I had no leak that there was no leak. I did not want them back in my house. They did maintenance one time and that was because he forgot about me and complained I to him. He even told me he forgot about my leak. And said he would do maintenance until it got fixed. Low and behold he came the next day. I called his employee because the owner wouldn't come himself to see what I was complaining about. His employee even told him I had a leak. He never told him it was fixed. the owner called me to say his employee didn't see anything. When they would go check, I was never home. I was never there to show them. I wanted them to pass *** when I was there and it never happened. I got so fed up that this guy who been in the pool industry such a long time, would give me the run around about something he constructed and was not functioning at 100%. I got so mad that I paid him so much and he wouldn't give me the time to come by and check it for himself. he sent his employees to check. Don't know if his employees knew what was going on. I kept calling and calling and nothing. So he can say whatever he wants. I've complained about the same thing ever since my pool was so-called finished.

Since the first day I complaint about the leak the pool company did believe that the leak was there. I complained about it twice and still the pool company insisted that there was nothing there. It is the only complaint I ever made. That the actual owner couldn't come to talk to me about it and he kept on sending his workers who apparently did not know what to look for. As you can see by the pictures that I submitted, there has been a leak there all along. I might not know about the construction of a pool, but I know what a leak looks like. and there is a leak. water shouldn't be coming out of the pool if there is no one in it, especially behind a brand new fountain. And I guarantee that leak was not suppose to be there. I paid a good amount to restore my pool. As a consumer the owner should have had the common courtesy to come and check it for himself to see what the problem really was. he never did, or at least he never told me he did.
Our initial response requesting access received no reply and now Revdex.com notified us that customer was not satisfied. How can we resolve the issue without trespassing ?
Pool owner did not reply but we get penalized from A+ to B+

Ordered product on August 2nd. Received email that order was received and I should receive shipping notification. Items were paid for via paypal.

I need to have credit issued. don't want to do business with a company that works this way. No longer interested in receiving the products
business finally called me back and apologized and offered to make good. I am all set. Please close the complaint file
