I have tried contacting support several times through e-mail and/or facebookEach time the response is someone is looking into itI have supplied proof of this to the Revdex.comIt is because of this lack of customer service that I filed a complaint in the first placeAll I want is the money credited to my account for the return I sent back a month ago

Thank you for the response however I have not ONCE been told about these issuesI would have assumed that I as the customer would have been notified of this "fire" and the issues with the Chinese New YearI will be contacting the company privately AGAIN in hopes that they are actually doing what this response is reportingI hope I will not have to go through this again or will feel the need to file a report with the Revdex.com again
