Our Access hours to our building is and always was since we open the building Mon-Wen 7am-7pm and Thurs- Sat 7am-8pm and Sunday 8am-5Pm, we do have a service of hour access but that is a charge of $monthly extraand we offer this only to businesses that need hour access, we don not want people hanging around our property after hoursIf A customer has a issue and needs the hour access for time we will allow this as a courtesyBuilding Access hours And Store Access Hours are clearly posted at Office Entrance and Building Entrance also the Gate Entrance Also our contracts are all month to month so if the customer is not happy with service they are more then welcome to close the account! I apologized to Kylie for her loss and for my staff calling while making their routine collection callsThe correct information was never provided to me, but the lawyer contacted us earlier this week and provided an email address for easy correspondence Kylie's number was removed from the account and she will never be contacted again

Revdex.com:The Storage Fox is still lying that they were not provided with the lawyer's contact informationI provided that information every single time I was harassed for a debt that was not mineI had to resolve this situation myself--by requesting the lawyer contact the officeThis was the only thing that made the incessant calling stopNothing The Storage Fox did resolved the situation, I had to take care of the situation myself after their lies and illegal phone harassmentAnd I reached out to their GM and still have not received any acknowledgement of this issue.Case ID [redacted] is resolved only because I resolved it after repeated harassment Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We can not locate any of this customer information the customer may have been given refund under other card but the customer must dispute with credit card company, this customer was notified I am thinking they don't want to dispute with credit card co because they already had a credit to a different
card for same charge.fred

The lawyer also sent multiple emails from a different email address that was not blocked by The Storage Fox's systemI will not consider this resolved until The Storage Fox sends the invoice to the lawyer's office as requested by me, the lawyer and now my brother 15+ times.

Customer was notified to put a dispute of charges with his CC company because after days of his closed account we are unable to see charges, please simply dispute charge we have no way to refund unless its disputedcustomer was informed. Fred C***

The bottom line is the customer was not fully vacated the last day of the month. Items were still inside the unit on the ***. We spoke to the partner who stated she clearly did not move out of the unit completely on the last day of the month, we have the elevator logs on from the *** which clearly indicates the customer was still accessing our building

This customer is trying to get over on discounts and not following policy on vacates she was on her boyfriends account and she tried vacating it to get another unit under another discount. She owes for the boyfriends account and once she pays I will give her one more month discount and not another....

This is a customer trying to play the system back in February she called facility stating her boyfriend stold her stuff. Please contact me via phone ###-###-#### and use my new email address, [redacted] 
we we have the right to offer discounts when needed not every customer gets a discount it all depends on availability. This customer is not allowed at all. Please contact me ###-###-####

As per signed contract customer must give cert mail 10 days notice before end of month vacating, when customer called in on the [redacted] he was reminded that the Motorcycle unit he rented and signed for had to have correct 10 days notice and that he would be charged for next months rent....

I will attach the signed contract and the signed customer service form that both states the 10 day notice is required before the end of the month.
