They used subcontractors n it took 7.5 hours 2 lay 3bedrooms of carpet, scratch my borders up and I had to move my covered sportscar out of garage to get rained on cause they needed 2 cut carpet. Wow!

installation was scheduled for this past Saturday July 29th an "inspector" showed up.  I had spend hours disassembling furniture and moving items outdoors and throughout my house in preparation.  This was done at Luna's customer service representative's instructions!  I then had to spend hours moving everything back with no new carpet in place.  Since that issue I have placed several phone calls to Luna to try to speak to someone.  I have been disconnected once (hung up on) and the other two times I have been told someone will call me back.  We are now going into the fifth month of trying to get this resolved and that time frame is unacceptable to me.  I have no confidence that the company will adhere to its word of doing what they are supposed to do.

am rejecting this response because: This does not address all of the issues stated in the complaint, Including the horrible service, obnoxiously long wait times and multiple missed service calls. It has taken over 5 months to complete this work and required 4 additional days off work, just to be cancelled on last minute due to Luna's error. I have sent three pages worth of complaints to Luna directly which have not been acknowledge here or privately. You also did not address your tech basically extorting $350 cash from us to complete the work, which was then faulty anyway. and then yet another missed service call when your techs never showed on Saturday.

I am rejecting this response because: On 11/4/2015 at about 12:20 PM a contractor of LUNA arrived at my residence. It was not the original contractor. He inspected the unfinished stairway landing and I explained to him the problems I had with the inferior product LUNA had attempted to install. He brought in the new stair in a box. When he opened the box he discovered that the stair he was provided with by LUNA was damaged and that he could not install it. The contractor then spent about an hour on his cell phone (speaking with LUNA). As he came back into the house I was called by (David) from LUNA. David informed me that the material needed to complete the job was damaged but that I was in luck because he had new pieces in stock at the warehouse. He told me that the contractor could finish it today 11/4/2015 or tomorrow. I told him that I was here all day and that I would like to complete the job today. He told me that would be good, that he would call the contractor to determine if he could do it today. If not today, he would return tomorrow 11/5/2015. David said that he would call me back to let me know. Just after we hung up I heard the contractors phone ring. He went outside to take it. Several minutes later he returned and began collecting the inferior material to leave. I asked him if he would return today 11/4/2015. He said no. I asked if he would be returning tomorrow. He told me that he might, that he has other jobs to do. He told me that David would call and set it up.David did not call back.On 11/5/2015 at about 7:30AM I called LUNA and spoke with (Juan). Juan informed me that the completion of my floor was not on the schedule for today. He said that he would check into it and call me back. Juan has not called back.I emailed Letha Holland, LUNA Customer Service Manager twice this morning and asked for help. As I type this it is 3:30PM and I have had no response from LUNA.

made several attempts over the past few days to speak directly with the consumer.  The deposit was collected on March 29, 2017 via credit card. We refunded the deposit on April 21, 2017 to the credit card used for the deposit.  The credit card would not have incurred interested during this time frame. Due to no interest being incurred we would not provide interest to the consumer’s deposit. We appreciate the customer’s feedback and consider this matter closed.

time and attentiveness has greatly improved since registering a complaint with the Revdex.com, my floor is currently only scheduled to be replaced.  Considering the installation problems previously, I am inclined to keep the complaint active until after the replacement installation is complete and until we have reached an agreement on a partial refund.

My experience with Luna was horrible. They made 3 appointments to come and lay down hardwood floors, and they cancelled each time after I had someone at home waiting for them tocome. The first time because the product I wanted wasnt available, you would think they would know this. The second time was because the product I wanted was ruined in their warehouse, basically a bunch of **. Their prices are not that good and maybe I am lucky because some people have told me their workmanship is terrible. Let me save you the aggravation this company will put you through, by telling you to go to a reputable company. Luna does not deliver on their promises.
