According to our records, we received an order for [redacted] from the 3rd party magazine sale agent back on June **, for year subscriptionThe order started with the J/A issueI do not see any note in his file that he tried to contact us.I have asked to have his account suspendedThe last issue will be the Dec [redacted] issueWe cannot actually cancel it since we did not take the orderThe agent needs to since there maybe a refund involved and they collected any fundsWe did send them notice of his request to cancelPlease also note that we have nothing to do with ESPN magazine or his receipt of that title.If there are any additional questions, please let me know.? ?

*** ***'s copy of Soap Opera Digest delivered his his door each week by Hand deliveryThe delivery company has reported there has been no problems with his delivery.A picture is attached showing it in front of his door.I see no delivery problems for this person. I do see he has called our
customer service number and has been extended issues already.Based on the service information I have received, I cannot extend the subscription any more.The only option remaining for delivery would be to switch him back to the ***Because most people in his area receive home delivery, I could not guarrantee on time delivery if switched.

According to our records *** ***'s place a bill me later subscription for months, issues of Soap Opera Digest on 8/*/The first issue sent to her was the 8/**/issueA bill was sent out at that timea total of issues were selected to be delivered to herAfter the 4th
issue was selected the account was placed in suspend as payment had not been received yetThe last issue at that time was the 9/**/issue.Payment was received on 9/*/and the subscription was restartedThe first issue selected was the 10/*/issueThe account was also extended on 9/**/for an additional copiesThe current expire date is 3/**/18.This subscription is delivered by home delivery to her driveway/walkway in a plastic bag by a local newspaper companyI have contacted that company to make sure they deliver the issue promptlyit should arrive each Friday, no later than SaturdayI am also having her subscription extended for another issuesOur customer service department is available at ###-###-####Depending on call volume there is sometimes a short waitPlease let me know if there are any other questions.

We received a request to enter an order for Star, Men's Fitness and OK Magazine in *** *** name from a third party magazine sales agentThese orders came to us as paid in full orders and were startedTwo of these subscriptions to Star and Men's Fitness have already been suspendedI will

I have checked our files and we do not have an active current subscription to The National Enquirer to the name and address listed on your complaint.The last subscription expired with the Aug *, issueIt was paid in full at that timeI am not sure if the order you are questioning was placed
