I have checked our records and based on her contact on 12/**/the Star magazine subscription in her name was suspendedThe last issue which will be received is the 1/**/cover date as labels for that issue have already been printed.Please note, this order came in from an outside 3rd party
magazine sale agentWhile we have marked our files as do not promote, we do not control their files or any mailings they may send you.The best we can do is try to contact them so they will not proceeded to contact you in the future.Sincerely,

PS I think it is absurd to believe that Canada Post has lost (at the least) copies of this subscription but I just want to be finished with this company

I get a lot of magazines delivered and this is the only one that never arrives so there must be a problem at their end? I've only received of the magazines in all of these weeks? If they can solve the mailing problem they have I would like to get the OK Magazines

The subscriber just canceled her order on 7/** after receiving extensions for missed issue of copies on 7/** and copies on 7/**The order was then canceled on 7/** and refund was issued

According to our records, we received an order for [redacted] from the 3rd party magazine sale agent back on June **, for year subscriptionThe order started with the J/A issueI do not see any note in his file that he tried to contact us.I have asked to have his account suspendedThe
last issue will be the Dec ** issueWe cannot actually cancel it since we did not take the orderThe agent needs to since there maybe a refund involved and they collected any fundsWe did send them notice of his request to cancelPlease also note that we have nothing to do with ESPN magazine or his receipt of that title.If there are any additional questions, please let me know.? ?
