[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]I do not wish to put in a request for my refund through my bank, I feel my refund should come directly from the company as it is them who have my money through miss selling me an item and to thus lux noire should return my money without any involvement from my bank. Lux noire will have my card details following my purchase and I would like it this card refunded. I don't feel that it is my responsibility to start making claims through my bank for my own money. I should not be unconvinced any further thank I already have.I have been unfairly treated and still do not have my money back after months now.
