My refund has been received from this company. Thank you for your help. They still have not sent a return address for me to send the clothes back, but I'm assuming that's because they don't have a legitimate system for returns.

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I first would like to thank you for your efforts thus far as that is the first and only time I have heard from this company regarding this matter since I initially began attempting to reach out to them towards the beginning of this month. I am not accepting the response  of this company as the offer that they are making only partially addresses my issue as it is a partial refund only. The total for the order I placed is $[redacted] and there is no reason any part of my order should still be in transit as it was originally placed on November 3rd 2017.
