day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Anti-Aging Face Therapy and the Anti-Wrinkle Eye Therapy) on a 14 day trial basis back on 01/1430/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.97 and $4.95.The trial expired on 02/14/2017 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 02/14/2017 $89.72 for the Anti-Aging Face Therapy and $86.97 for the Anti-Wrinkle Eye Therapy.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 02/15/2017 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Our Customer Service had also issued a 50% courtesy refund $44.86 for the Anti-Aging Face Therapy and $43.48 for the Anti-Wrinkle Eye Therapy ,which the customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refunds $44.86 for the Anti-Aging Face Therapy and $43.49 for the Anti-Wrinkle Eye Therapy. and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our product the anti-aging face therapy on a 14 day trial basis back on 12/12/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of  $4.95 and $2.99.The trial expired on 12/28/2016 and due to the fact that the customer didn’t cancel they  were charged  $89.72 for the original shipment.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 01/28/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.We also issued the customer a courtesy refund of 35% for the anti-aging face therapy, $31.40 which the customer accepted. However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund for any misunderstanding when placing the order $58.32 for the anti-aging face therapy .Here is the refund confirmation:$58.32 Trans ID:[redacted] dated 01/26/2017.         Refunds should reflect on customer’s account within 3 to 5 business days.Please relay this information to our customer and feel free to let us know should you have further questions.

The trial expired on 10/29/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/29/2016 $89.72 for the LuxDerma Skin and $86.97 for the LuxDerma Eye. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month, on 11/29/2016 the customer was charged again for both products in the amount of $94.67 for the LuxDerma Skin, $91.94 for the LuxDerma Eye, and shipped out more product.Customer has yet to contact customer service and request for the subscription to be cancelled. However, we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be canceling the subscription and providing a full refund for the charge on 11/29/2016 in the amount of $94.67 and $89.72 charged on 10/29/2016 for the LuxDerma Skin. [First, you are lying, I DID contact customer service twice, as I clearly stated in the initial complaint, and after they heard my request for a refund, they hung up on me.  Second, I need the refund IN CHECK FORM, and not the credit card, because the credit card has been cancelled so that you could not steal from it anymore. My bank has also been informed. I need you to send a CHECK for the total amount of ALL transactions in the original request: [redacted] ]

our billing procedures. The confusion surrounding these procedures is typically due to the customer failing to read the terms and conditions of the trial offer presented when ordering. These terms and conditions are readily available to read by clicking on a link to them. In addition, the customer is required to check a box that they have read and understood these terms and conditions as a prerequisite to their order being processed. We provide a link to our Terms and Conditions at the bottom of every page of our website for convenience.  We give Customers 14 days to try a full 30-day supply of our product for just the cost of shipping and handling. After the trial period ends, if the customer has not contacted us to either cancel or return the product, they are billed for the original supply at its normal retail price. This is a type of 'Try Before You Buy' program we offer. It is our sincere desire that these common sense business practices and the Revdex.com's continued advisement regarding these type of complaints will help alleviate any future complaints or issues that may arise. After contacting us on December 19, 2016, [redacted] agreed to a 35% refund of the purchase price in order to avoid having to return the partially used products of which we promptly refunded that amount. However, in order to ensure that customers like [redacted] are fully satisfied, we have refunded her the remaining charges of $136.26 of the retail purchase price of the product. As well, she is welcome to keep the products she ordered as our way of saying sorry for the problems she encountered. We hope this fully satisfies [redacted].
