We apologize a refund was not issues previously. We have refunded all charges of $8.95 manually and will be mailing a refund check for $145 to the customer. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive the refund check and 3-7 business days for the smaller refunds to process.

This is the same response I have always received when I questioned why hadn't I received my product.  They always push it off to a later date, give phony tracking numbers, so now I have to wait another 30 days and they hope I will forget about it. My refund should be immediate as I placed the order in Sept.

In regards to the customer's complaint, we notified the customer on 9/23/16 that we were mailing a check for the total amount of $145. We have investigated the circumstances of Mrs. [redacted] purchase.  On 6/09/2016, Mrs. [redacted] placed an online order for the Lux HD450. They paid one charge of $145.00 for 5 lens kits. Due to the high demand for Lux HD450, we recently experienced a back order. Our company made great efforts to...

keep a constant line of communication with our customers by notifying them of the most current, up to date tracking status of their order to their email address provided. An email notification was sent to the customer informing them of the back order and estimated time of arrival. The customer is also sent a tracking notification email, which includes their UPS tracking number. This allows for the customer to track their package once the order is fulfilled and shipped. The customer has the ability to cancel or adjust their order at any time by calling customer service at 1-844-220-5101 or emailing [email protected]. If a customer needs to contact customer service, the phone number is listed on www.luxhd450.com. Mrs. [redacted] contacted customer service on 8/05/2016 requesting cancellation of their order. Our customer service representative informed the customer of the benefits of keeping the order at that time. During this call, they voiced their dissatisfaction and were offered an 25% refund for the inconvenience. They declined this offer on a recorded phone line and demanded that all charges be refunded. The customer service representative explained that the consumer would need to stop their pending dispute before any refunds can be issued. As we are committed to consumer happiness, we have issued the refund as requested. Mrs. [redacted] would have received an e-mail confirmation to verify this information. I filed a complaint with your office#[redacted] on 10-18-2016. The statement I received from this business said they would refund the $145.00 . I received this message on 10-27-2016 from their response to you that it would take a couple of business days to process this refund. Today is November 27, 2016 and I have not received this refund! Can you help me once again to resolve this issue? Many thanks..I would like the refund of 145.00 to arrive. It's been a month since they said they would get this in the mail.
