I can't stress it enough please don't do business with this business/person who's name is Janet B and also goes under the business name let's lash studio.
I purchased microblading from her through Groupon and when I went to book appointment it took days for her to bother to respond even though she definitely read the message..finally booked appointment and when I went for my appointment she refused to answer the door and was the right place because the name was on the door.She wouldn't answer the door..I then sent multiple text messages and called and called ..left voice messages..she wouldn't respond and all text messages had been read by her but she decided t blow off the appointment with out a word.So after waiting in the cold for 15 min knocking at the door and sending multiple messages that she ignored I finally gave up and left. Luckily I got a refund from Groupon and reported her and her business.
Please avoid her and her business she a very dishonest person and has no problem scamming people.
Absolutely repulsive individual ð??¡ð??¡ð??¡ð??¨ð??¨ð??¨
And after looking at other reviews I saw that she has done this same thing to several other customers.I wish I would have checked them better before purchasing.

Business owner refused to provide service and refused to issue refund.
I have contacted this business to purchase a set f eyelash extensions in Nov 2019. She asked me to E-transfer her $47.00 for the service. After sending her the full amount of the service, she texted me with a confirmation of my appointmenet date which was Nov 29th, 2019 at 11:00 am. I showed up at the address provided at my appointment time and I could see her through her windows. I knocked on her door several times and she did not open. I tried calling and texting and left a couple of voice messages and she didn't respond. When I got home, I called her from a different phone number and surprisingly she answers. I confronted her and her excuse was that she had another client and she couldn't answer her door. When I asked why she double booked her clients, she did not have a clear answer and kept going back and forth. I asked her for a full refund of my $47.00 since I received no service, she agreed and asked me to text her my e-mail address. I have confirmation text messages from her that she will e-transfer me my money. It has been 10 days and she is not answering her phone or responding to my text messages and nothing was sent to me. I am more than willing to take her to court at this point if she doesn't return my money, even if I have to pay an extra $100 to sue her. I will gladly do so!

Cats allowed on lash bed and were allowed to jump on me even though I mentioned allergies. Never washed hands, often got to her house same time as me and went to work on my face and eyes. Kept hundreds of dollars she said I could get refunded. (Still have her texts ) .. Said over and over lawyer would contact me and finally I asked the name to contact them and she stopped replying to me... glued eyelashes to my lids lots. I have photos.

Worst service ever.

I feel the IPL photo facial was not performed properly! This was a *** gift from my daughter. I have had this service from another provider
Sept 5 11am appt for a IPLPhotofacial treatment. *** # *** .I find that treatment wasn't hurting like it usually does. I mentioned it but no reply .Also always have blood pin marks all over face but only had a couple. I don't feel that it worked. I called twice on home phone and left messages but no reply. So I called on my cell But mail box was full. *** was $109 dollars, a birthday gift for me.
