On Nov. 22, 2016 I ordered a ladies Leather Jacket from 1 of Sears Marketplace's vendors. The Name of the company is "Luxury Lane" located in Easton PA. The cost was $169.99, which was applied to our credit card the same day. We received the item shortly after. The item was returned to Luxury Lane as it did not fit properly. As per their directions for returns, we returned the item to Luxury Lane Returns , RE: order # Easton, Pa. 18042, 51 Hilton street, USA. (used their return shipping label). It was mailed USPS on
December 14,2016. (USPS tracking # **SSN**0000157307). Was received by Luxury Lane on
December 19, 2016 at 11:30 recvd by an individual. about 4 days later we tried to contact luxury lane regarding a follow up for credit. We called 1-866-908-8688 and was in a line queue of 20 people ahead of us. We held on for about 45 minutes to an hour, and when we reached caller #1, we got a recording saying that "they were unable to take our call, their mailbox was full." We tried after Christmas and the exact same experience happened again. Mailbox was full, unable to leave message. We called Sears online department, being that they billed us and it was one of their outside vendors, and was transferred to about 4 different departments. No one knew how to help. They kept saying we had to call the vendor. We tried but couldn't get through. On January 3, 2017 we went to the Sears store in Roanoke, Va. and spoke to a store manager. He said there was nothing he could do. It was an online problem. We couldn't get help there either. He recommended going to our bank that the purchase was charged on and disputing the charge. We proceeded to cancel the card and get a new one to protect ourselves from this experience. We have since received an email indicating that a credit will be issued for the item. But we cancelled the card. As of today, January 5, 2017 we do not have a credit on the new card. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I purchased an item online from a company, I should be able to speak to a customer service representative for whatever the reason. This felt like an illegitimate company that took our money, and now had our returned item. We were left with nothing. They are ABSOLUTELY THE WORST company to deal with, if you can get them on the phone. YOU CAN'T! Don't order from them. There is no customer service department. The tel# they advertise is the one with the full mailbox, it doesn't exist!

Review: I placed an order of a jacket from Luxury Lane through www[redacted].com. I ordered a BROWN, SMALL jacket but what I received is a a BLACK LARGE one. I contacted [redacted] and Luxury Lane but they simply replied that that is my order. I contacted further and then got no reply for more than a week.

On www[redacted].com sell information, it clearly states " If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can either return the item or request an exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt." But they said they will not do the exchange and will not provide a return lable.Desired Settlement: I want a returning label and get refund.

Review: I originally bought this coat for $99.99 when it was on sale from [redacted]: http://www.[redacted].com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9[redacted]

The product I received was too big, so I contacted [redacted] for a return. [redacted] told me to contact Luxury Lane to process the return since this was a "Marketplace" item. I contacted Luxury Lanes to process a return. The representative told me to return the coat, and once they received it, would process a return. I needed the coat urgently, so she suggested that I buy a coat from their website for $169.99 and once they received my item, they would refund me the $169.99 so that I could retain the sale price. The representative made it clear and cut that I would receive the $169.99 so I purchased it from them and returned my product.

They received my product, however I was only got back the $99 that I had paid for the original coat, not the $169.99 that I was promised, meaning I am short $71. I contacted Luxury Lane and the representative was extremely rude and uncooperative. I asked her to look up the notes from the first phone call I made and she claimed to not have access to them.Desired Settlement: I have spent HOURS trying to get this resolved, however to no avail. I am requesting the $71 that they owe me, plus a compensation for all the time they have wasted for me.
