I get there at 9:on the dot every time and have to wait for them to open the store I sit for minutes before I even get acknowledged no hi sorry etcThey should be ready to go by 9:They're busy eating their breakfast not very professionalI've put up with it because I'm from out of town and its in the area where I shop

We have refunded the complaintant

We do not have the DVD he purchased availableHe purchased on a program that was from the previous yearWe have refunded him his money in full

Two of us did get our nails repaintedThat is correctHowever, Phil refused to fix the acrylic on one of the full sets when she brought the problem to his attentionThe other two, the gel and the fill, did not have the chance to get them fixed due to scheduling conflict after Phil denied them the chance to come in on a SaturdayThe offer is not acceptable because they were not given restitution.

My name is Theresa and I go by TerryThis is what happen it's was on a Saturday afternoon when *** take her daughter to my salon to get her nails done and it was done by Helen of of my coworker for the price of $and she add a tip for $so then when Helen go and manually type in the tip she
accidently type $instead of $the reason for that was Helen somehow type in the ticket number instead of the amount $and the ticket happen to be number but Helen must of been tired or distract by other thingsI usually does the type in the tips amount every night but I've left early on that daySo I explain to *** *** thatIt's our fault but I can't return her money until I call the bankBecause she's not willing to come to the shop she said I must credit it back to her account, but this happen on a Saturday, I can't just go back into the terminal and due it myself, unless it's on the same dayOnly the bank canSo I call the bank and explain it then they credit it back into *** account and also give me an id code and I provide it to *** on the same day that she calls meMy salon has never have anything like this happen before, I did apologize to *** but she was still go this farAgain I'm sorry for what happen but this was just an accident, it wasn't intentionallyPlus I still have a copy of the ticket #to prove itThanks, Theresa T

at home with a cheap t-shirt and some iron on letters/numbers. Also, the camp/combine my son attended was poorly planned and executed.  I will not being doing business with this company in the future. I will spread the word and our experience with this organization. Although I can't say that I'm satisfied with this resolution, I will end in saying this is resolved.

I was credited and recharged for the correct amount of $40. This was not done until after I made numerous phone calls and filed this complaint. I would like the amount of $40.00 to be refunded to compensate for my time and energy wasted on this Bs.thanks

[redacted] was refunded 99.99 for the video that she purchased that we were not able to fulfill. The other amount was the camp fee which her son attended and will not be refunded for since he attended the camp.

don't do (Refund). However my manager([redacted])and I we did repair your nails when you stop in. Please accept our attempts to fix our mistakes .we appreciate your business and hope the you accepted our apologies .

Went to get my nails done the other day! I asked for a shellac and a couple I'd gel nails as a couple of my real nails had broke! Persuaded me to get a full st and complied! She cut me with gopher electric full and no apology, then did it again and again no apology! They only speak to each other in another language and never to the customer, which is extremely rude! They slurp their food in the back and speak with their mouth full, disgusting! My nails wine through were so thick and and awful looking and experienced a great deal of pain the entire evening! I went back the next day to have them removed and asked for a refund! She denied me of one, so they basically y stole my money and gave no apology for any wrong doings! Shame on all of you who work at this low class dirty nail salon! Get some manners and learn customer service! I'm sure I am writing on behalf if many untold experiences! Not through with this yet!
