I used Oneway Limo for my wedding, the driver got us to the venue over 30 minutes late (with 0 traffic) due to her inability to follow directions. In this process, she hit a home's electrical box near by our first drop off site (***) and refused to leave her information for the home owner. (the box was crushed) I will be filing a report with the local *** Police department as well.

We have spoken with you on October 15th regarding these issues and on behalf of the limousine company truly apologize for the inconvenience. We would not be able to refund any portion of this reservation as after our investigation there was no evidence of this offence from the limousine company that provided service. As stated previously, after our investigation with the limousine company there was no evidence of the damage that you are claiming so we have closed the investigation and offered the best resolution offer possible as a courtesy. Lucky for me, I've made contact with the home owner, have 6 written witness reports of the incident and have images of the damage after going to the scene this morning. The damage to the limo if anything would be underneath the vehicle. since she ran something over. didnt run into it. I've spoken to the *** police department and have reported and submitted this hit and run.

We hired oneway limo for my wedding- The limo driver was a horrible driver and made us a half hour late for our first look photos which cut into the photography time we paid for. She also ran over an electrical box and couldn't follow basic instructions. Horrible customer service and refused to offer a refund for the time lost because of this. Do not recommend and will be filing a police report due to the damage to property the driver caused.

I've used OneWayLimo a few times, primarily to get from *** airport for business trips. Cars were clean, the pickups were on time, and the drivers professional. I live two hours from *** which makes for a difficult return drive from the airport after a long (jet-lagged) flight, and this is the way to go. The rates are fair, particularly given the distance. I already have them booked for one upcoming trip and will book them for another quite soon.

Their website states OneWayLimo partners with professional luxury limousine companies with licensed and insured drivers and vehicles. Excellent service is their top priority. We contracted with them for round trip transportation from our home in *** to ***. Our pickup time was at 7:30AM on May 29, 2019 for an 11:00AM *** flight. I was assured that the company would take great care of us and that they would be reliable and on time. I specifically asked about being on time because we had an issue in the past with another company not picking us up on time. At 7:40AM when the driver had not arrived I called and was told. "Not to worry. We will get you to the airport in time to make your flight". At 9:10AM an *** driver showed up at our home. Not a limo or even a clean automobile.
The *** driver said she would do her best but it typically took 2 hours to get the ***. Of course we missed our flight. This set a series of events into motion that were totally the fault of One Way Limo's broken assurance to get us to the airport in time to make our flight. We had to rebook our flight for the next day; stay overnight in a hotel that provided a shuttle service to the airport; eat at the hotel because we had no transportation and there was nothing around the hotel location for food. My husband is *** and cannot walk without aid and even with aid not very far. He is considered covered *** and has a ***. We also had to pay for the hotel night in *** that we had booked and could not be cancelled. We also incurred extra baggage handling fees. My husband is unable to physically handle the baggage and I have had *** and multiple of medical treatments *** in the last 4 years. I am *** years old and my husband is . We also missed out on a day with our family which can never be replaced. The entire family was traveling from all over the world to meet to see our grandson graduate from high school. The oldest of the group is . So, time is very valuable to us. We had absolutely no fault in missing our flight. We missed our flight do to the errors and their broken assurances we would be delivered to the airport in time to catch our flight. We want to be made financially whole. OneWayLimo did refund the fees to and from the airport and offered $100.00 credit for our next service. First of all, we don't believe it would be a prudent business decision to trust this company again. I didn't list every cost we incurred but did ask for the costs caused by their lack of honoring their advertising statements. The total out of pocket money we asked for was $857.65. We negotiate to accept $505.82. We absorbed the money for dinner and took off the $100.00 which was offered but declined, by us. We also removed the extra fees for baggage handling. I have all the emails that go into great detail as to what each item costs us. We would like to be reimbursed for the money we would not have had to spend had OneWayLimo not broken it's contact with us to get us to *** to catch our flight. We understand that may not be possible. We do believe their advertising needs be changed to be VERY CLEAR that all of their drivers are outsourced and not an employee of OneWayLimo. And that if a dirver does not show up they do not have company back up drivers but must rely on ***, *** or someother unvetted driver. We have NEVER used one of those companies and the newspaper is full of articles of these drivers breaking the law and injuring passengers. We didn't contact to have that type of a service. We appreciate your attention to this matter.

In regards to the issue that you brought to our attention, we truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We have addressed this issue to the limousine company and refunded the credit card that was used to book this reservation for the June 2nd trip as well.We would still like to make it right for you the next time, therefore we would like to offer you a $100.00 gift certificate to utilize towards future travel as a resolution to this issue.We are a booking agency and not the actual limousine company. When one of our affiliate partner limousine companies does not provide service for a customer, we try to make it right for the customer the best we are able to. The full refund and a $100.00 gift certificate is the best we can offer at this time.

I am rejecting this response because: I believe their advertising needs to represent the fact that if limo service does not show up your option is to wait for one way limo to find an alternative that is unvetted. Our experience was a dirty *** car that did not show up for 1 and one half hours. To live up to their advertising, the least they should have done is act immediately. Let us know that we would probably would not make our flight. They could have given us the option of waiting for an *** driver which should have been called immediately or we may have driven ourselves. They ASSURED us we would make our flight! We are both *** and the extra money that we had to send because of their errors is significant to us. Along with the mental stress. Also they have no local address listed so legal help was impossible for us to pursue. We therefore have contacted you, the Revdex.com to help other travelers avoid this type a situation. I want you to require one way limo to change their advertising to reflect the reality of what happens in this type of situation. I also believe they need a viable local address for legal purposes. I reached Mike P at Onewaylimo and he couldn’t have been more helpful to me booking transportation for 11 people. He helped book trips to airport, then from hotel in *** to cruise terminal, back to Hotel and then from the airport to home. Each of the 4 drivers were professional,on time and good drivers. I would recommended using this service. Being older I was nervous about using them, but Mike was patience, thorough and always got right back to me if I had any questions. They deserve the “A+” rating.
