Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.? For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In his response to complaint [redacted] , Mr F [redacted] claims "we are very easy to work with and keep our word on anything we say".Purchase took place on 10/16/at LW Automotive in [redacted] , PA.On 10/23/2015, a call was placed by [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone with no answer, a voicemail was left asking for a status update on the headlights? No return call.On 10/26/2015, a text message was sent by [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone asking for a status? On 10/26/2015, a text message reply was received, stating "Yes sorry I didn't call u back, I've been very busy? I think I tracked some down I will let you know when there shipped"? No additional text message or phone call received.Failure #to keep his word.On 11/02/2015, a text message was sent by [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone asking for a status? On 11/02/2015, a text message reply was received from Jeff F*'s cell phone stating "I am still working on it I have them coming to me first to verify they are the correct part number etc? As soon as I ship them to you I will let you know and send a tracking number"? His message implies they are en route to himNo additional text message or phone was received.Failure #to keep his word.On 11/21/2015, a phone call was placed by [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone? No answer. On 11/21/2015, a phone call was placed by [redacted] to LW Automotive in [redacted] ? Call was answered by Ralph F*? I asked Ralph for an explanation as to why I have not received any information or update, much less the headlights? Ralph expressed disbelief this had not been resolved and stated he would look into it and get back with me.On 11/21/2015, a text message reply was received from Jeff F*'s cell phone stating he "just ordered headlights with matching part numbers." ? No text message or phone call was received? No package was received.Failure #to keep his word.On 12/12/2015, a text message was sent from [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone asking "Where are we on this (headlights)?"On 12/12/2015, a text message was received from Jeff F*'s cell phone with the reply "I have headlight the second has not been delivered? I ordered it nov If it is not here by Monday 12/I will take it out of a Audi we just bought and ship them both out to you on Monday"? No package was received? No phone call or text message was received.Failure #to keep his word.On 12/19/2015, a text message was sent by [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone asking for the status of the shipment? No reply, no phone call, no package was received. On 12/21/2015, a text message was sent by [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone stating "this has dragged on too long, when are you going to honor your word"? On 12/21/2015, a text message reply received from Jeff F*'s cell phone "Here's the tracking number [redacted] for the headlights"? The tracking number was for a package that was never sent? This clearly states he was shipping the headlights? This is not simply a failure to deliver on his word, but a blatant deception, a lie.Failure #to keep his word.On 12/28/2015, a text message was sent by [redacted] to Jeff F*'s cell phone notifying the complete dissatisfaction of the way he's handled this matter? Notification was also provided that I would be filing a complaint with the PA State Board of Vehicle Manufacturers, Dealers and Salespersons. On 12/28/2015, pictures of headlights in a box, taken at a distance, were sent asking me to "take a look at them and make sure they look good"? "Looking good" does not mean they are the correct headlight? "Looking good" does not mean they are 100% functional? The pictures provide no indication of part number, nor do they indicate function.Over the course of three months, I have have been the one hunting down the status from Jeff F*? LW Automotive has failed to respond proactively to this matter? LW Automotive has told me on separate occasions that something was happening and updates would be provided and failed in each of those occasions? While I have never run a car dealership, I don't believe this practice that has been allowed is an ethical or professional way to do business? To go through this level of difficulty trying to resolve a simple item is unacceptable? It shows a complete failure to supervise salespersons and practice ethical business? Mr F [redacted] needs to quit making excuses? Mr F [redacted] needs to send the correct, functioning, Audi Factory headlights as promised? Mr F [redacted] needs to provide assurances and a guarantee this will be done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner, which is not more than days from the acceptance of this resolution? Should Mr F [redacted] fail to meet this, financial remuneration is to be provided to me so I may take steps to secure the correct, factory Audi headlights from a local Audi dealership since he will have failed to meet the contractual obligation of the sales contract Regards, [redacted]

Regards,
*** *** I received your letter with the response from the business - L W Automotive - and I have to once again reject their responseLorne F* is continuing to lie about the details in this case. He is still refusing to accept the responsibility of their neglect in this matter. I am a customer and expected the business where I purchased a car to be in compliance of the laws of this state. Yet he still ignores the facts and keeps lying. I have stated the fact that I purchased the car on March 19, 2016. L W Automotive clearly did not send in my paperwork within days as required by the state of Pennsylvania. I was stopped by the police days later - on April - and when the police ran the information, it showed that the car was still titled to L W Automotive and the plates were still registered to the car I traded for the one I bought from L W AutomotiveFrom then on, I continually contacted the state and was told over and over that they did not receive my paperwork. I contacted L W Automotive about my moving and sent them my deed which is dated May 10, 2016. This date is days after the purchase of the car and the paperwork was still not sent in to the state. I should have received my title long before the time I moved so it would not have been an issue. It was 100% the fault of L W Automotive that it became a problem. Lorne F* even admitted it to me one time on the phone that he was "at least partially" to blame. The papers were not delivered to the state until June 7, which is days after I purchased the car, and the state informed me that they had to reject the paperwork because the amount of money sent was incorrect and that the county of residence was not filled in. These are the facts as stated to me by PennDOT. I did my part in providing proof of my county of residence to L W Automotive and it was their responsibility to get this information to the stateI did not receive my title until the very end of the day period required by the state. This was because of the bad business practices of L W Automotive. They need to admit their responsibility in this and not make customers be victims. The only reason I finally received my title and registration was because of the involvement by the Revdex.com and other professionals who helped me. I thank the Revdex.com once again for your help in this matter. It would be wonderful to bring this matter to a close, but L W Automotive is still lying and not admitting their responsibility. Therefore, I am forced to reject their response again.Thank you,*** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:I deny the business's reply on every account as stated in their response on the following reasons.Firstly, any business that can afford to repair a vehicle at no cost to the vehicle owner is a practice of poor business managementIn conjunction with the first statement, the Maserati Quattroporte was sold "AS IS", leading to believe that any attempt to repair the vehicle is the owner's responsibility.Secondly, the business offering to consign the vehicle, to sell to another person, may have been a viable attempt had the engine not need detrimental repairs to the engine compartment.Lastly, trading in the vehicle for a new one IS NOT possible due to the negative $13,equity between the payoff balance and what the vehicle is actually worth. The last option was the furthest option as being possible due to the reason above, as well as the unfavorable outcome that has happened to the car, and not wanting to purchase another vehicle from the business
