Dear *** ***,We have addressed the concerns of *** and *** *** in a prior communication, and are again addressing them here. Lyoness membership is free, and members are under no obligation to makea purchase of any kind. When *** and *** *** became members they acknowledged and agreed to the Lyoness GeneralTerms and Conditions. It is clearly stated there that they had days after the date of the transaction to canceltheir membership. As of this date, they have been members for over years. When *** and *** *** decided to place an order, they had to read andacknowledge, by checking the boxes, the Acknowledgment of General Terms andConditions of Order/Agreement where it clearly states “that after placing apartially paid Gift Card Order, the payment is non-refundable subject toapplicable, if any, state, and federal regulations.”Additionally, at no time does Lyoness refer to “position” or “investment” in any documentswhether in print or online. The Acknowledgment Agreement clearly states, “that a partially paid Gift Card Orderand/or a fully paid Gift Card Order for the entire purchase price does notrepresent an investment.”As previously stated in our original response, we invite *** and *** *** to contact Lyoness directly. I am confident that we can resolve this matter to everyone’s satisfactionThank you. Best regards,Compliance Department*** *** ***

Lyoness is a loyalty shopping program. Our members have the ability to shop with certain merchants and receive special benefits for such shopping
"">Lyoness has thousands of merchants that participate in this loyalty program. Membership is free. There are no requirements to make a purchase in order to become a Member At no time does Lyoness ever promote or allege that the loyalty program is an investment. Lyoness is sorry to hear that this member is not satisfied with the loyalty shopping program and the benefits that he received. However, the participation documents he received and agreed to upon his enrollment are clear as to the benefits and the terms of participation. Lyoness is not a scam or pyramid. The customer service team is not a bunch of "lackeys." Despite these erroneous allegations contained in this Revdex.com complaint, and although the member chose to make Partially Paid Gift Card Order purchases and he was informed clearly that those purchases were not refundable, Lyoness has contacted the member and presented this information and the matter has been resolved to everyone’s satisfaction Feel free to contact me should you require any additional information Thank you Best Regards, *** ***

Lyoness does not assist their members with any complaints or support. After joining Lyoness I learned this company takes your money to promote themselves in other countries. I contacted Lyoness USA and requested a full refund other than the few gift cards I received upon signing with this company. I was told that there are not warranties or guaranties. I just lose my money and Lyoness gets to keep my money for their benefit. Even Wall Mart gives refunds!

Lyoness as an “investment”.  Lyoness does not offer investments or manage investments.  Rather, Lyoness is a global shopping community with shopping members and merchants located throughout the United States and other countries.   Dear [redacted],
[redacted] has been a Lyoness member since July 2012.  He was made fully aware of all of the changes that were taking place and he had plenty of time to ask questions and have them answered.  He claims that parts of the program were altered and/or taken away, when in fact, parts of the program were enhanced for the members.  Lyoness did not breach its contract with its members. [redacted] has never been under any obligation to make a purchase in the program, but has chosen to do so.  In addition, the fact that [redacted] has agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions of the program in 2012, 2013, and 2014 shows that he acknowledged the program and any changes made to it.  Again, if he was unclear about any part of the program, he should have consulted with his upline leadership who were active at the time. Despite the filing of this complaint and mischaracterizing the business, Lyoness is happy to discuss the matter further to clear up any misconceptions and options that he may have available to him.  [redacted] can contact the compliance department via email:  [redacted] to set up a time to discuss further.   Sincerely,

Review: I joined Lyoness, to get cash back on my purchases. (Mostly Wal-Mart and Sams Club). I also sent $3,000, as down-payments for future Wal-Mart Gift cards. Shortly after this, Lyoness and Wal-mart parted ways. Even though they have many other merchants to choose from, there are none, which will work to replace Wal-Mart/Sams Club. Also, we can't afford to shop at other stores. The same merchandise is at least $1.00 per item, elsewhere.

My wife [redacted] and I, are both handicapped. I am legally blind. She needs a hip replacement. We needed to shop at Wal-Mart and Sams Club, because, we could do all our shopping for the month, by shopping, one day at Wal-Mart, and one day at Sams Club. Having to load and unload her required electric Mobility Scooter, made it impractical to shop at several stores, when one or two had everything under the same roof.

Meanwhile, my wife developed bladder cancer. Also, her hip problem got so bad, she can no longer drive. I now have to do all the shopping locally. I have to use a senior citizen transportation service. Our monthly expenses are up 25%, due to higher cost per item, and transportation cost.

We only have about $900 per month. It has become necessary to get food from the local food bank, and get assistance for purchasing fuel oil, to heat our house.

I have contacted Lyoness, several times, and informed then of all of the above. I requested that they refund my $3,000, taking into consideration, all of the above. This amount would buy a lot of fuel oil. We wouldn't have to ask for assistance to do this.

I corresponded with them several times, trying to get them to refund my my $3,000, keeping in mind, all of the things which have changed, since I joined. They refused.

Here is my account information.

[redacted] (ID number)

(I contacted them more times than your form has roof for.)Desired Settlement: Due to the changes in my status (My wife's health, change in shopping, transportation problems, etc.) I would want them to have a little compassion, and refund the whole $3,000.

Since I can't spend it on Gift cards, or anything else they have, it should be refunded to me.
