As of 7/9/Hansons has not paid for any damages and are not going to, as far as I knowThey are getting the subcontractors insurance to pay me for the damages and not taking any responsibility for itI am dealing strictly with the subcontractor's insurance company at this point and have not spoken with *** *** or anyone from Hansons in weeks.
Also, Hansons has not offered any compensation for any of the other issues in my complaint, which will result in legal action, again

This is not trueThey paid me $*** for being weeks late to start the job, which is part of their contract ($**/week late), and they reimbursed me
$*** because they overcharged me. They have not made any attempt to offer compensation time and money spent getting them to do the job correctlyThis includes attorney fees, inspection fees, damages done to the gutters and driveway, time missed from work, tools bought to clean nails from yard, time and money spent cleaning water and ice from garage and breezeway all winter, etc.They told me they would pay for the damages done to my breezeway if I got estimatesI sent them the estimates on 5/20/They have not sent a check, and have not informed me of any progress regarding the payment.The fact that they would lie about these facts shows what kind of company Hansons is

The loan balance was credited $180.00 in February 2017.  We have not had any service requests from this customer since then.

I spoke with [redacted] today.  They did receive their refund check in the mail today.  This should be considered resolved.

We have a service apt set with [redacted] on August 8th.

We have cancelled Ms. Brandt's order and there will be no fee for cancellation.

Service is complete on this job and customer states that they are happy with the work

Today, November 9th, there is an installer performing the service at [redacted] home.  My Superintendent, [redacted] is also there verifying that everything is being done correctly.  She will receive a call from our Service Dept tomorrow to make sure that she is satisfied.

This was resolved on 9-24-15.  Customer was given compensation per agreement with Vice President, [redacted].

Our Installation Manager spoke with [redacted] on 11-15-16.  We are sending a Superintendent, and an installation crew out to the home to address all concerns on 11-30-16.  [redacted] was agreeable.
