This complaint should be resolved.  We have already scheduled a day and time to install the gutter protection on 6-16-16.  There was a clerical error and the gutter protection was missed.

Service is set for 2-24.

Our Superintendent [redacted], Vice President, [redacted] are schedule to meet with Mr. [redacted] on 1-8-18 between 8 and 9am

[redacted] is currently out of town and will not be available until after May 1st.  At that time, [redacted] will inspect his job. We would like to schedule a superintendent to go over the job with him, collect his balance, and determine if there is to be any compensation. He has a $6,000...

consider this complaint resolved. Since filing the complaint. someone form the main office in Detroit responded, the following day several more that I had been unable to reach, responded. They claimed that the initial problem with the manufacturer of the windows had been resolved and repaired the screen, and replaced the seal on that one and one other. All has been completed to our satisfaction and will sincerely consider doing business with Hansons again.

Our roof that was put on in January of 2016, leaked again for the 7th time last night after the second sub-contractor was out here to replace all of the flashing and an area in a valley. Winter is coming and if this roof is not right we will have worse issues with snow melt. So far we have been lucky and have not had interior house damage. This company has had ample time to make this right and this is not acceptable performance from a roofing contractor. We need help holding this company responsible for the work they did on our house. They provide a lifetime guarantee on labor parts and materials. I have it in writing. If this roof cannot even go a few months without developing a new leak how will it last a lifetime. After 11 months of headache and hassle with this brand new roof and this company, I do not trust this roof at all and do not feel any of the work done was done appropriately. I think it is time for them to step up and put their money where there mouth is and replace my roof again. Only this time they need to hire a sub-contractor that will do quality work and not be either incompetent or negligent.Desired Outcome: Honestly at this point I would like them to tear off the whole roof and start over with all new parts.

A check fro compensation has been sent to [redacted] as he requested.  He will also be provided with the insurance information that he requested.

and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this offer appear below:
I did speak with [redacted] but don't consider this issue to be resolved yet. As of today I still don't have a window that opens and several windows need to be retrimmed/inspected/caulked.  Once these items have actually been corrected then I will consider this issue resolved. Just giving me a date of when the window might come in doesn't help me. As [redacted] explained, the window will still need to be inspected by them and then a service date setup up. None of that has been completed at this point.

We did a service for [redacted] on 6-10-16.  It was reported that the tub was peeling, however, it turned out that it was just dirty.

 had a previous complaint with this company on the quality of work that was done on our siding and them not honoring our contract. They set up an appointment for crew and the superintendent to be there on 10/4/2016 to take care of our issues. They both showed up but at different times so they didn't discuss what needs to be done. I let the crew know what I wanted fixed. They were able to fix one of the windows but only because he had the material left over from another job. No one ordered the material that is needed to repair the mistakes. This is the third time this has happened with this company. I have been dealing with them since January. I still have not gotten any discount on the job. I was told on two separate occasions by [redacted], the superintendent that our job should have not taken more than 3-5 days to complete. It is still not done and it has been 10 months.Desired Outcome: I would like my siding fixed and I would like some money back for not honoring their contract. And it would be nice to be able to talk to someone that will do something.

Service appointment of this order is scheduled on October 3rd.

This complaint is not resolved.  It is in our legal department.

Our Vice President, [redacted] spoke with [redacted] today.  He is sending us his invoices and we are going to reimburse him.

This was resolved yesterday 7-15-15 with the insurance company.  They are paying [redacted] for damage to property and [redacted] signed a release.  I would be happy to provide a copy of it if you need it.

We are working to resolve this complaint.  We sent a service tech out to the house on 8-16 and he has put together a scope of work.  We are in the process of getting another crew scheduled to complete the repairs.
