Customer asked for GoPro hero5 battery instead of the back ordered [redacted] GOPRO THE HANDLER FLOATING  We offered: The Green Extreme rechargeable battery SKU# [redacted]  or the GoPro rechargeable battery SKU#[redacted] He did not confirm which one he wants! He never replied, rather just filed this complaint with the Revdex.com. The Kit he order came with this Go-Pro promo of a Free [redacted] GOPRO THE HANDLER FLOATING  Promo items can’t always be swapped out.   I do see that we already shipped this to him on 09/**/17 which he already received on 09/**/17   Tell us why here...

Amazon order# [redacted] was for a SKU: [redacted] MFR: [redacted] Canon imagePROGRAF iPF670 24" Large-Format Inkjet Photo Printer, Dimensions (H x W x D)= 20 x 39 x 27" , Total shipping Weight 147 Lbs. (He also purchase this was a stand SKU: ICAPSST26 MFR: [redacted] shipped separately with a shipping weight of 36 lbs)Total order $1295.99 We advised him from the start, on 5/**/17 that since this is not defective (as customer himself confirmed to me as well) that we do not accept printers back one the ink has been installed and included a link to our return policy [redacted] which it list this as well as “Returned products must be in brand new condition and have all original manufacturers packaging, materials, and accessories.” This printer is a Large-Format Inkjet Photo Printer and is packed in the manufacturer’s box with plenty of packaging material to insure undamaged delivery.Unfortunately he has thrown out this box so there is no way to insure proper packaging to ship this back to us and guarantee that it arrives back to us undamaged.If this were to be returned to us and arrive Damaged, there would be nothing we can do with this, it would be pure garbage.Under these circumstances, we cannot authorize this return.

The response given by the retailer is completely unacceptable.  As a former retail manager (18 years) I do understand that mistakes happen.  Any legitimate retailer would make good on their advertisement regardless. I'm sorry but I really cant tell what happened here.We do have Flex Shopper as a payment method on our web site. We receive many orders daily from many of our customers using this payment methodI cant imagine how/why they would advise him not to got thru our website. I've never heard of this.  Adorama advertised that adding a second item will save me $50. As I was completing my purchase, there was option to save "additional $50 bundle savings". So if the flash light with the transmitter is $399 and for another $349 if I only get the flash light without the transmitter, where is the savings of $50? Is this not false advertising? Also, when I search for the SKU of the $349 item, the website had a free small manual on camera flash light listed on it. Please refer to the screen shots of my order confirmation. It clearly lists 4 items.Also, see the email from Adorama rep regarding the shipping "Shipping charges are non refundable". I got a free shipping label after I told them I was going to complain and write a review on [redacted] about their false advertising.

They told me basically I was out of luck. If I didn't have the original box I couldn't s ship it back. I didn't realize the box was worth $1200, while the printer is worth nothing apparently.  I offered to ship it back and pay for a small restocking fee as I understand this is an unfortunate event for both parties. They have no care to work with me. I couldn't make anything happen, I just hope others learn of their unsatisfactory policies and choose to not do business with them.  I don't know what else to do at this point.  I for one, will not be doing business with these guys anymore.

 His package was shipped/delivered/received as addressed: [redacted] My mistake. The notes in the order was not clear. It stated (or so I understood) in reference to the [redacted] Chargeback “Not Received”, that [redacted] sided with the customer and therefor that would be refunding him.I just double checked with our claims/chargeback team and they logged onto [redacted].Correct. [redacted] did not refund the customer. They accept the POD as proof that the customer DID receive his package and therefor did not approve the claim. No refund was issue to customer by [redacted] and No refund can be issued from Adorama.Package was delivered/received. He did call Adorama yesterday 10/**/17 and spoke with [redacted]We advised customer to contact [redacted] directly. As per customer, he already contacted [redacted] but that [redacted] said the dispute was not approved. We advised customer to contact bank directly.         The [redacted] chargeback was opened as Non Receipt. If [redacted] has this claim as Fraud, then perhaps [redacted] marked it as Fraud. (Customer trying to get his money back even though his package was delivered as addressed. We cannot issue refund being that the Package was delivered/received.
