Hello Revdex.com -I saw the business response where they were saying I was given option, but I did not respond. Yes they gave me option, but they're asking me to pay for it. See email thread below. The story being portrayed is totally incorrect and I have proof below. They gave me an option but asking me to par for it. It is not really an option but more them asking me to pay for the Gopro battery and forget the free item I am still waiting from them [redacted]

complaint Time Ordered: 20:11:2   SKU# ICA5DM3 - CANON*EOS-5D MARK III BODY KIT $2499.00 With Shipping — UPS Next Business Day Air $56.00   [redacted] placed his order online on our website [redacted]   And he received his confirmation # [redacted] on April *, 2015 via email to the same email address he submitted on his order; [redacted]. [redacted] Adorama Camera makes every effort to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders for in-stock items placed on business days before 8:00 PM ET (Eastern Time) are generally shipped the same day (subject to verification, click here for details).   Since his order was submitted after the 8 pm cut off, his order was shipped the next day, Friday 4/*/15 and a shipping Email confirmation had been sent to him to his email address; [redacted] (same email address as on this complaint) on 4/**/15 14:05. His package was delivered as addressed and signed for on the very next business day, Monday 4/*/15. [redacted].   He had never contacted us since, only thru his back as a chargeback. He stated that this was supposed to be delivered on 4/*/15 but it was not.   We replied to this chargeback and explained the shipping time (as indicated above) and sent them signature proof of delivery. Delivered and signed for as addressed. His bank closed the case in our favor.   This is not a fraudulent charge. He did place this order with his credit card whereby giving us authorization to charge his card. This order was placed and authorize by him. I agreed to initiate the return. Although the item was not defective, the description was inappropriate as it did not comment on the presence of TWO video cards, it only noted the single NVIDIA card.

As per our return policy, please allow a few business days for your return to be processed once it  has been delivered to us. Per [redacted] tracking information, this we just delivered to us yesterday 08/**/17.

Our used department had already resolved  this with the customerI see that his package was delivered to him[redacted]

Customer purchased online the WAR250R180P - WALKERA DEVO 7/GPS/1080P CAM/OSD/BCKPK - Mfg Part#: RUNNER 250(R) ADVANCED  for 459.00 He contacted us on 05/**/17 that he received the wrong item. The customer received the unit (Ord# [redacted]) but without an SD Card slot The customer doesn't want...

to return the item back to us because it is a hassle for him to that. Now, the customer would like to get a refund for the price difference of the item with SKU: WAR250R180P which is on the original order and SKU: [redacted] which is the item he says he received. We had never received the [redacted] so there is no way we shipped that to him in error. also, SKU#[redacted] has zero description online but it did have the same mfr part number as [redacted]. When checking the item description on our site, the only mention of the memory card is: "Camera: Micro SD cardMax 64G".  We checked on walkera's direct site and it references the micro sd card, but not a slot.  Perhaps the card is internal, no slot is correct not a defect and not mis-advertized. [redacted] As of May [redacted] The customer already contacted the UC Drone Inc. regarding the item that he received. Once again, he refused to return it, even with a prepaid return label. The difference from [redacted] and [redacted] (which we have since removed from our site) is $70.00 which we approved for refund. But he hadn't replied.We just issued the $70.00 refund back to the same payment source.

I do note Adorama has changed their return/exchange page to a return only page.  The word Exchange is mentioned nowhere on their Returns link on [redacted].  However their response is contradictory.  They state they have no control over such a product shipped from the Manufacturer.   Yet state as a source email that it was a refurbished unit.  It was shipped in their box, in their packaging wrapped in a simple bag.  Nevermind the driver disc was a cdr copy and not a real copy.  Epson would not send a cdr copy, and indeed the New one came with a pressed cdrom copy.  The other site I was forced to order from because I no longer trusted Adorama shipped it in their own box with the Epson box inside.   My main problems are these. 1. Adorama offered to [redacted] tech for a return and exchange.  I accepted.  That is a legally binding deal.  They broke the deal.  It was not a return and refund.   2. They kept insisting that all I had to do is simply buy it again when in fact they no longer had Refurbished units for sale on [redacted], a fact I repeated in several emails.    They seem to have a history of this about exchanges.  As I've looked up on the complaints/negatives on their [redacted] account.  Since they have changed the wording of their page for returns thats a start so I will knock it down to $45.  Instead of $80, they changed the page and I'll allow for a compromise.  Mostly because I feel letting them go without a monetary issue is not punishing them for messing up my time.  And yes as I thought it would I did not get the scans done by the wedding.  The other company who is also in New York bent over backwards for my business.  Adorama didn't :(  That is what the Revdex.com is here for.  To make them a better business.

Which means from the day it ships, it will get there within 3 business days.This order shipped on 4/**/17 via [redacted] and was delivered on 4/**/17, two days later.[redacted]
