Had a good experience working with M&M Freight and Logistics. I found them to be honest and transparent. I had been waiting to get my car moved for some time with another broker, but M&M got it done within the day!

I was trying to get my vehicle moved to North Carolina from Texas but I couldnt find a driver or a broker who could help me get the job done. M&M coordinated everything and worked up to 10pm at night. Couldnt ask for a better service!

Used Steven H. at M&M Transport and he did a great job getting a 2000 Jeep from LA to Indiana safely during the pandemic. Good price. On time. Very good communication. I am picky. He was very accommodating. Highly recommend when you want to work with the BEST choose Steve @ M&M

First, I have never transported a vehicle before. New unknown territory! I was connected with Julian G. who did an absolute awesome job for me. I can not say enough good words about him! He went above and beyond more than once for me. I have nothing but praise for both Julian and M&M Freight & Logistics. Use them, I would again.

Simon contacted me from M&M Freight and Logistics, he gave me a good price and within an hour or two my shipment was confirmed and a driver picked up the car the same day

took additional money off my credit card without my authorization when I told him to specifically to Cancel the transport of my card. I had called him the night before spoke with him he was to get back to me later that night and didn't! I left a message. The following morning I get a screenshot of text messages to the previous owner of the car, saying that the car won't be picked up because the driver had a fever so he had to quarantine. My issues is why wasn't I contacted first, why did *** call me back the previous night with information on the driver, etc....... So with speaking with *** today after I told him specifically to cancel the F' transport and refund my $100! He told me it was not refundable! That he was looking for another driver. I called him twice demanding my money to be returned to my card. He shouted it is not refundable and hung up. So I contacted my bank we located the transaction. I gave authorization yesterday for the deduction of the $100 fee based on what *** told me. So today, *** took the $100. Another additional $100 more!!!! This is all according to my banking institution. He literally took the money after this huge dispute. So when I sought out another company I was informed that my car was still up on the board for drivers selection. So if the car is left up on the board that's linked to M&M, other drivers won't move on it until it's taking off the board. So not only did he steal my money, he prevented other drivers/offers to transport my car. I am looking into what legal actions I can bring forth. That *** is totally unprofessional and I hope the owner of the company reads this and makes me whole, based on what this clown did! He is a thief so you are warned do not pay a deposit to this ***. Return my money, you dishonest human

I shipped my car from North Carolina and I worked with Simon, he got in touch with me and the same day I spoke to him I had everything ready to go. My car was picked up same day and delivered the following day. Excellent experience

I needed to get my car out of IAA and was contacted by Simon who was able to do a good job for me and make sure everything was done quickly and at a good price will be using Simon again

M&M Freight and Logistics did a great job taking care of the transportation of my vehicle from the auction so it wouldnt collect storage fees. Great job!

On June 21, 2020 I hired M&M Freight and Logistics to transport my 2006 Dodge Ram from Perry, Ga to Houston, Texas. On June 22, 2020 my vehicle was picked up in Perry, Ga, by ARC Trucking Company. At the time of the pick-up the truck was inspected by both parties, and everything was fine. At that time the condition of the vehicle was noted on the Bill of Lading. On June 24, 2020 the vehicle was delivered to Houston, Texas. At that time, the driver knocked on the door and handed over the keys without conducting a final inspection. When questioned, the driver was unable to communicate, due to a language barrier (Spanish speaking). Never once did the driver attempt to conduct a final inspection of the vehicle, nor did he afford us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to him leaving the property. The driver was insistent that we sign for the vehicle. The driver appeared to be in a rush, and left the property very quickly. The entire interactions was caught on the neighbors security camera, which shows the manor in which the driver left very abruptly. At that time damages were noticed. M&M Freight and Logistics were contacted immediately in reference to the damages. On June 24, 2002 I spoke to my sales associate Mr. Andy Martinez. A day later I spoke to the owner, Mr. Phillip *** who assured me that he would contact the driver and try to settle the dispute prior to taking it directly to the insurance company. I then contacted the driver's insurance company, and was notified that a claim had not been filed. I immediately called Mr. back with the insurance agent on the phone. Mr. appeared to be a little irritated with me because I did not wait for him to resolve the issue. I explained to Mr. that I did not want the issue swept under the rug, and forgotten about. As of today, I have not heard anything in reference to the repairs to my vehicle. Damages include: the top of the cabin, windshield, tailgate, and the passenger *** XXXXXX-TY

*** after speaking to the carrier he is saying that he delivered the vehicle in perfect shape and the person in charge of accepting the vehicle signed off on the inspection. it was only 2 days after the delivery that you noticed the damage. We have already sent you the insurance information in clase you want to file a claim. We have been trying to help you but it's very difficult considering the person that accepted the vehicle signed the B.O.L accepting the vehicle and stating it didn't have any new damages during transport.

The damages were reported to the company immediately. Within minutes of the delivery, the damages were reported to Mr. Andy Martinez via telephone. Mr. Albertino Ramos was also contacted. Mr. Ramos is not wanting get his insurance carrier involved, so he is trying to reach an agreement between the two parties. No agreement has been reached at this point!

I received payment for damages in the form of a money order on 7/17/2020. We can now move forward on making necessary repairs to my vehicle, which I have agreed to take care of. M&M Freight & Logistics and ARC Transportation has fulfilled their agreement. I have no further plans to continue the dispute with either company. I am very grateful to both companies for correcting the situation, without a long drawn out process. I feel that I was treated fairly, and with respect during this process. Mr. Phillip *** and Mr. Albertino Ramos handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. I have no further complaints, and I consider the case with the Revdex.com closed.
