I found M&M Freight and Logistics to be professional and honest compared to the other brokers I was dealing with. They organised my transportation the same day I spoke to them, while the other broker I was initially working with took over a week. Would be my first choice next time
My car was picked up and placed on the car transport with care. The driver took his time and explained the process. My car arrived within the allotted time frame. My car arrived in the condition in which it was picked up. I was extremely happy with the service. Mr David *** was very patience, reassuring and professional. He managed to arrange a driver right away.
Professional, kind, and courtesy. I was skeptical because I never used this type of service before. From Elpaso Tx to St. Petersburg, fl. Picked up a day early and was to deliver in 3 days but received in 4 days. The driver called to inform of slight change. Will use again

I had quotes and promises from a variety of brokers but I found this broker to be the most trustworthy and honest in their approach. They delivered on what they promised and I was happy with everything from start to finish
I signed a contract with M&M to transport my car on June 5th. I phoned them on the 4th to get details for the pick-up and was told the driver would get back to me that evening or the next morning. By late morning of the 5th, I called to be told they were looking for a driver for my car and would call in a half hour. I called back later than that and was told they were still looking. They did not have a driver and apparently weren't going to let me know. Simon *** was my contact person and his supervisor didn't help me any more than Simon. I was stuck and could not leave Florida when planned as there was no transport for my car. The supervisor told me that if I was willing to pay more, they probably could find someone. Bait and switch?
Good morning Butch. from the moment you made the reservation MAKING NO PAYMENT. you knew we were a brokerage and that we would locate a driver for your move. Since you are not hiring a full load just a space spot on a truck on a very specific time frame there are alot variables that can happen. Our average time to locate a driver is 24 hours to 48 hours. That is what we tell our customers. but unfortunately the whole industry is changing at this moment there are more vehicles to move than drivers to move them. its simple supply and demand. we normally make 150 dollars to manage the logistics. when we told you that it might take more money was after the fact that we added our fee to the carriers pay to offer more money and still not a driver was interested in your vehicle. it was not so we would make more money it was because the market had changed and now drivers were asking more per mile. we are here if you are still interested in working with us and we will wave our brokers fee.
