Ms [redacted] bought a vehicle from us and with doucmentation enclosed she signed for the price of the vehicle and declined the warranty at time of purchaseAll documetaion shows that she signed all legal contracts while purchasing the vehicles and we never broke any promisies made to the customer he sunroof and leather were put on aftermarketI feel we are going above and beyond in this situationIf she is having problems with those she can contact [redacted] and we will loan her a car and take it to the installer and get it fixed here is no reasonable reason for us to furnish a free warranty and GAP protectionNo dealer does this as a standard in the business Below are the corresponding documents for the car deal:

On November 9, The complainants husband brought their Dodge Stratus in for repairAfter the diagnosis the work was authorized by the husband with his signature on fileAfter repairing the vehicle the complainant came in to pick up the car saying she never authorized the workShe is correct (she did not because her husband didThe alternator was tested in from of the husband and shown that it was badAt this point, we are very sympathetic that their car had issues and we have done everything in our (Mac Haik Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) power to fix the vehicles and it definitely had a bad alternator as was diagnosedThe alternator was more than likely the reason that the starter went bad as wellI would be happy to speak with the customer but he refuses to call me back

On September 22, 2016, Mr*** purchased a used Dodge Challenger, blue in colorBefore his purchase, on August 1, 2016, we performed a UVI (USED VEHCILE INSPECTION) and completed any needed repairs, as well as an oil change and air filter change.On October 25, 2016, Mr*** brought
his Dodge challenger in, stating that the check engine light was onAt this point it was determined that the vehicle an internal engine failureFCA warranty paid for a complete long block to be put in to this vehicleMr*** picked up his vehicle on November 2, 2016.On November 4, 2016, Mr*** brought the Challenger back with a customer complaint of, “Customer states while driving it pops out of 4th gear.” The vehicle was left here for days in which the vehicle was driven twice, once at miles and again at miles, neither of which time could the customer complaint be duplicatedHe picked his challenger up on November 14, 2016.At some point in late November or early December, Mr*** left his vehicle at our dealership on the back lot for his lien holder to pick up as a repossessionAfter that, Mr*** made no attempt to contact our dealership until February 18, In this phone call, he is recorded asking why no one from our company had contacted his lien holder to come pick up his vehicleHe was made aware that this company has nothing to do with his lien holder and he must contact themMr*** then called back on February 21, He stated that he just wanted to know if the vehicle was still here, as he was going to come pick the vehicle up and take it with himOn February 22, Mr*** called again, was able to confirm that his vehicle was here and then shortly after came and picked his vehicle upSince February 22, 2017, Mr*** has not reached out to our dealerships service or sales departmentMr*** states that he had the vehicle was towed to our dealership and that the dealership stated that the frame was broken and bolts where brokenWe have zero record of his vehicle coming back to Mac Haik, Jackson location, nor do we have any other phone records from Mr***. Mr***’s request for a refund and the vehicle to be taken off of his credit report is without causeWe attempted every time he brought his vehicle in to fix the issue he brought it in forThis is proven by the motor being replaced and our service department looking at his transmission with no charge to himMr*** choose abandon his vehicle at our dealership and not fulfil his credit obligationsHe again choose to pick this vehicle back up after the abandonmentI have attached all service records we have pertaining to this vehicle, including our UVI records If there are any further questions, you may give me a call at 601-***. *** ***General Manager

Worst service deptI've ever been to! Don't take your vehicle to them to fix! They will keep it for days and it will not be fixed!

We have already issued a check to Ms. [redacted] for the $1,000 she is disputing. Check was mailed out last week.

The AC was not running fine after the first fix.  This is why we brought it back.  After the first fix, it should have been tested again to ensure it was completely fixed.This is not acceptable.   I ask for a full refund.

I will never return to this dealership again. The clutch went out in our Jeep that was barely a year old so I took it to Mac Haik, where we had bought it. Firstly, when we drove up and went into service area, no one even acknowledged our presence there. When I finally approached someone they were not very friendly. I went on to explain that clutch was not working and that I also needed to get the recall work done. I requested a loaner vehicle since this work was all covered by warranty. They said someone would have to look at the vehicle first. I called several times during the week to check on vehicle, but no one had looked at it yet. So on the eighth day of the jeep being at their shop I called again to check. They said they would try to get someone to check it the next day. Needless to say, I had been without my jeep for over a week, so I I went there and got the Jeep and took it to another automotive shop and got the work done there. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a so called service Dept. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

We have changed everyone in our service department since this customer had the issue. Please bring the truck in. Call me personally @ [redacted] and we will do a full service and clean the truck for free. This is not how Mac Haik does business. Thanks for you business.
