2. here is no reasonable reason for us to furnish a free warranty and GAP protection. No dealer does this as a standard in the business.

The dye was not added because we thought there was something else wrong with the car.  It is standard procedure when refilling the unit.  However the dye added did allow us or whoever else look at it find additional leaks in the system.  There was absolutely no way possible for any technician at any shop to know that there was a second leak, until the system was recharged and lost its pressure again.  I know it is unfortunate and not ideal, but it is the nature of a/c units. No one in the world could have diagnosed the second leak the first time the car was brought in.  No one in the world would have know it existed.  And indeed when the car left the first time the a/c was running fine because it still had refrigerant in the system.

I did some research on this vehicle. It came in for a oil, lube and filter and some a/c work. None of those repairs had anything to do with the internal parts of the motor. Looking into the vehicle, the truck had 188K miles on it. When a vehicle is approaching 200K miles, it is possible at...

anytime that the engine may fail for really any particular problem. I will refund the tow bill to the cuatomer and pay for the check out fee. If he wants to do the work here we will offer a discount. As far as the motor is concerned it failed not in our hands. We claim no responsibility for the engine failure due to the age and miles of that particular vehicle. [redacted] had her vehicle towed to our dealership on 16 JAN 17 with the concern of cranks won't start.  Her vehicle was brought in the shop where it was found to have a broken timing chain and guide.  The needed repair was covered by recall P01, this information was communicated to Ms....

[redacted] and repairs were done.  After the recall was completed it was discovered that the starter on the vehicle was not engaging the engine, through conversations with Ms. [redacted] it was communicated that when the vehicle first wouldn't start she continued to attempt to start the vehicle many times before towing the car to the dealership.  These continual attempts to start the vehicle damaged the starter and made it necessary to replace.  The starter wasn't part of the recall and carried no extended warranty coverage.  [redacted] approved the starter replacement at her expense and the repair was complete.  [redacted] came into the dealership, paid for the starter repair and picked her vehicle up;  she returned a short time later stating that the vehicle was smoking.  On inspection it was found that the dipstick tube was leaking and we replaced this part at no cost to Ms. [redacted] out of good faith.  As for the exhaust leak, we will be happy to inspect her vehicle at no additional cost and advise her on any needed repairs and the associated cost.

Ms. [redacted] bought a Hyandai Elanta from us and was required to give us proof of income. she gave us a paycheck stub which was deemed not real by the bank and gave us a new one and her income was different and she was not approved for the loan. Since she got the car under false statements...

we are asking for our car back. She has not cooperated and we are filing charges with the DA. This case should be closed immediately.

On November 9, 2016 The complainants husband brought their 2006 Dodge Stratus in for repair. After the diagnosis the work was authorized by the husband with his signature on file. After repairing the vehicle the complainant came in to pick up the car saying she never authorized the work. She is...

correct (she did not because her husband did. The alternator was tested in from of the husband and shown that it was bad. At this point, we are very sympathetic that their car had issues and we have done everything in our (Mac Haik Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) power to fix the vehicles and it definitely had a bad alternator as was diagnosed. The alternator was more than likely the reason that the starter went bad as well. I would be happy to speak with the customer but he refuses to call me back.

there was a delay in the state of Texas beyond our control with the issue of the plates on this vehicle we did call and have since received the plates and they were overnighted to her 2 days ago I just spoke with her and she has received the plates and they are happy now.
