03/03/17We are [redacted] and [redacted] the owners of the property at [redacted], Tobyhanna, PA [redacted].We called Mr. Mack A[redacted] to get an estimate for repairing our heating and A/C system in the house. We had an old system which worked on 22 Freon gas and our outside unit was damaged.Mr. Mack A[redacted] gave us an estimate, told us not to worry that he will fix everything, he will adjust it, repair it and that we will be very satisfied with the service.He told us that he will install unit with 3.25 ton, but installed 3 ton unit instead.  He ordered and charged us for [redacted] kit (expansion valve) and didn't install it.  He showed us the box with the part, and left the empty box on the air handler, but didn't. He made it look like he did but eventually he lied. He charged us for labor to install [redacted] kit, but didn't install it. He installed orifice (which the labor and parts are much cheaper than installation of [redacted] kit).He wrote in the estimate that price includes all necessary copper and wiring, but he connected the unit to old wiring, which caused us a big problem with wiring and electricity in the house. He was working on the air handler, and didn't tell us its missing a filter, which as an asc professional he should know it's an important part. He told us he will give us warranty for one year, but when we called him after 60 days, he said the warranty was only for 60 days. It was our mistake for not checking what he was writing on the invoice, but we trusted him for 100%, and he used that. He gave us a business card which states that he give service 24/7, but when we called him he didn't help and didn't gave us a chance to explain the problem, he just decided to ignore us. We are not knowledgeable in this field of work, so we put our trust into this man to do a professional job. We feel he took advantage of us for not knowing what he was doing.We want to get a refund for this unprofessional job, we hope this matter will be resolved with your help.Regards,
