This company is a scam. I ordered a 14 day free trial and paid the postage. I did not receive merchandise for 3 days after it was ordered and 12 days after I ordered it I was charged $89.95 with a notice they would be shipping more Merchandise at the same price. They refused to give me a credit stating it was all stated in small print. However, I went on line and read their entire information and it is not stated. When I told the girl this she looked on line and agreed with me that it was not there but still refuse to credit my account. Thieves! I would provide a NO Star if possible.

I was charged $174.90 for 2 samples.

We do not offer sample sizes or free gifts, we send you a full 30 day supply and allow you to try our products free for 14 days at only the cost of shipping and handling. If you do not cancel within trial, upon expiration you are billed the retail price of the products as well as enrolled in an automated shipping program that is designed to save you from the inconvenience of having to manually place the order every 30 days. The terms are listed on our website, and it has to be agreed to by checking off the terms box to be able to place an order. Unfortunately in some cases our customers do not read over the terms prior to agreeing to them. We do list our phone number and email address in our emails, product labels, and packing slips for customers to be able to contact us if they are not sure of the terms or have any questions about the products.
Your trial started when you placed the order on 06/01/2020 and ended on 06/18/2020 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active.
We have cancelled your account last 06/29/2020 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $174.90 without the need to return any of our products.

I responded to an ad for free trial of Made Pure skin products,pay only shipping $5.95. Ad is misleading. This is a subscription with monthly charg
No where in the promotional material for Made Pure skin did it say this was a subscription. I do now want to continue receiving these products. nor do I wish to continue getting billed $184.82 every 30days. I have tried to contact the company to stop the shipments but unable to reach them by phone or email. I have no idea how long this subscription lasts I would like to return 3 boxes of products that were shipped in Feb., Mar., and April 2020 and receive a full refund.

I would like your help to get either a customer service phone number or email address so that I may contact this company. I want to receive a refund for products. I can refuse to accept the product but do not get a refund. I am more than happy to return these products that remain in unopened boxes when a refund is forth coming. Especially during the Corona pandemic, I really need the money that is automatically charged to my credit card.

This company advertises a "Free Trial" for $6.95 No where on the form from the ad does it state that this trial involves a subscription and that they will withdrawal additional funds from your bank. I order this on the 4/10/2020, they shipped the 4/14/2020 and I got it 4/17/2020. On 4/24/2020 I noticed check status on my email from them. Being curious I checked it and noticed a cancel your future orders. So I cancelled it right then. Because if I knew it was a subscription I would not have order the free trial. I always check my bank everyday. On 4/27/2020 I have $89.95 coming out of my bank for it under name of Doron Face Cream. I called them and they tried to give 25% back, I told them no I want a full refund. Then they tried to give me 30% back. I said no again. Then she told me the best she could do is give me 50% back. I told her no that I want all of my money back. That they stated no where on add or form that this was a subscription. I ended call and called my bank to file a complaint and stop any future payments to this company. I noticed more people on FaceBook that this had happened
too.

This company is charging my Discover Card for a cream that I did not order
and do not want! There have been three charges, none which should be.My
My complaint is just like the others I have read.....ordered a free sample of this
cream, paid postage with Discover, received! I did not order any more as it
wasn't worth the price of postage! On 2/11/20 a charge was put on my card of
$89.95 (minus postage which was already charged) (It was supposed to be free!)
On 3/15/20, I wrote them a letter, having received another jar 3/14/20 which I
did not order, complaining about their fraudulent practices. No reply! On 3/12/20,
another charge of $94.90 was charged to my card, and I have received another
jar of this junk which I did not order! How is it possible for them to put charges
on people's cards without permission?? I want those charges credited, what
this company had done is just so wrong, and they should not be allowed to stay
in business. Considering the numbers who have the same complaint, it seems
something could and should be done.

I was not made aware of any terms or conditions or even the 14 day trial period, which is not long enough to try a cream before being charged for same. I believe there was much misrepresentation from this company, and I am
just glad to have the matter settled. Thank you!

I answered a survey, they sent me two products. Fifteen days later I was charged with the 89.95 card without my authorization. I lost an hour of my time to get it back and they did it only under the threat of writing this review. Once I receive the money back I will record it here.

Purchased from Amazon on-line two products: Pure Face anti-aging cream and Pure Face Instant Tightening Serum. Received them. The Amazon web address appears to have crashed. Anti-aging cream was less that $7.00 and serum was less than $5.00. Suddenly there appears on my Credit Union's debt card charges two charges of almost $90 each. I called the outfit (PLB Media Derm) and challenged the charge. Their defense was I had been delivered their products and owed them money. I replied that I purchased these products through Amazon and paid for them via an Amazon store card. They replied the purchase through Amazon had nothing to do with this debt. The PLB operator then provided me with an address in Utah to which I must return the products. Calling PLB back with the Post Office's tracking number would then allow PLB to refund my money. I'm elderly and not very mobile. Wrapping for mailing, properly addressing and having to go to the post office to mail and obtaining a tracking number would involve my having to hire someone to do that. I believe I am being swindled. Please help!

I signed up to recieve a free trial sample of anti-aging cream. I was later charged $96.90. I never agreed to buy anything. I want a full refund.
About two months ago I clicked on an internet ad and ordered what was advertised as a free sample of Pure Face anti-aging cream. It said I had to pay the shipping and I was ok with that so I paid that with my debit card. I recieved the sample in the mail. Then on Febuary 18 I saw a charge of $96.90 ($89.95 + $6.95 shipping) on my bank statement from DORONDORONCREAM.COM. I called the bank and found out it's same business I ordered the sample from. I then immediately destroyed my debit card and asked the bank for new one. I called the business and they said that the charge was for a second unit of cream that they claim they already delivered. I NEVER EVER asked for this nor have I even recieved it. They would not refund my money and they would not allow me to talk to their manager. My complaint is for deceptive advertising and for not refunding my money.

MADE PURE SERUMS AND CREAMS ARE FAKE. TRYING TO GET MY MONEYBACK WAS VERY DIFFICULT.

Total rip-off company! Received product I did not order and called to complain and ask to return for a refund. Best they would do, was put $50 back on my credit card, out of $94.90 charge. Didn't even want unopened product back! MAJOR SCAM!!!!

Pops up with entirely different page info. There is no viable phone # for this company and I have discovered it has an F rating NONE OF THIS MAKES SENSE FOR A FREE SAMPLE!! I was charged in my credit card 2 things I didnt order nor did I authorized them to use my credit card after I agreed to the free trial and shipping.
Nov. 23/19 I ordered a free trial of Hanko eye serum $ 6.87 and Hanko skin cream $6.92
Includes shipping and it arrived no problem. Then I left the US Dec.1 and then I checked my credit card online for Dec. I found that on 12/07/19 my credit card was charged without my consent $84.95 for Hanko eye serum and $$89.95 Hanko skin cream which I never ordered. I couldnt find any contact nos. To call the company esp. since I was out of the country instead I called the credit card company about my complaint but nothing happened. Then I arrived last night Feb.13 and opened my bills and found still 2 more charges made to my card dated Jan7/ 2020 for another eye serum $ 89.92 and skin cream $94.90
All these four items I never ordered much less allowed them to charge my card. This is a total of $359.72 stolen from my credit card. This company is committing a serious offense. I never ordered these 4 items . I read the trial offer and nowhere was it written that I allowed them to charge my account for those 4 orders. I use a TJX rewards platinum mastercard. I would like tge company Made Pute Skincare to give me back my money $359.72
I will return these 2 products that I never ordered but have been delivered so far . Pls I want a full refund of my money $ 359.72 as soon as possible.

We never authorized the subscription to begin with and were fraudulently billed from a trial purchase. I have already reached out and requested a cancellation and refund a number of times. You have cancelled but did not refund the charges that were unauthorized.

That policy is absolutely not clear, as evidenced by the numerous Revdex.com complaints against the company. Furthermore, there is no customer service capability or responsiveness from the company outside this forum, which is crazy. How would it be possible to even cancel a trial without a customer care team? Can you please confirm that all subscription charges have been refunded and please send confirmation of the refund to resolve the matter? Thank you.

In Dec 2019 I ordered a FREE trial of face cream and eye serum. And the company charged me $84.95 and $89.95 for a FREE trial.
November 2019- ordered a "free" sample of face cream and eye serum and I was only supposed to pay shipping and handling of approximately $6.99. I just found out today, 2/7/20, that the company charged me the full price for the "free" product on 12/1/20. They then continued to charge me on 1/1/20 and 2/1/20 on both dates- 2 separate charges of $89.92 and $94.90. There is no way I agreed to pay anything but shipping and handling for the 12/1/19 order and I will take responsibility for the 1/1/2020 order even though there was not an auto payment noted on the page where I ordered the product on in November 2019. I called and cancelled the "subscription" on 2/7/20 and wanted to return the 2/1/20 order, but customer service refused to do so and also refused to give me an address to return the item to.

Purchase dates: November 2019-"free" sample only pay shipping and handling, 1/1/20, 2/1/20.

Problem date: 2/6/20 received 2/1/20 shipment and on 2/7/20 called customer service and canceled "subscription" that I didn't even know I subscribed to. Confirmation number for cancellation: C4CE9EEA19D. Agent: ***, Agent number: ***.

The 2/1/20 product will be shipped to: Made Pure Skin, 13266 Bryd Dr., Suite 262, Odessa, FL 33556. And I will take responsibility for the 1/1/20 shipment since I waited soo long to open and it is past 30 days to return it.

1) Of course the first thing I did after cancelling the product is cancel the credit card used. Why would I allow that credit card to be active when Made Pure Skincare had the credit card information?

1) The first product was to be "free" with me just paying shipping and handling. The trial did not include being charged full price 2 weeks later. How is that "free"? This company has done this bait and switch with MANY other people and this is actually the main complaint on other websites. https://www.consumerhealthdigest.com/wrinkle-cream-reviews/made-pure-skin-cream.html. They say you only pay S&H then 2 weeks later charge full price for both products. Why in the world would I get a "free" trial and then be okay with being charged full price for it 14 days later? That makes no sense due to 14 days is not long enough to determine the benefit of face and eye creams. I am aware that I signed up for an every 30 day shipment and that's why I'm not disputing the Jan 2020 shipment.

2) There is NO website any longer for Made Pure Skincare. It looks like the same product has changed names since I first purchased in Nov 2020. Every link for Made Pure Skincare takes me to La'Lune as of 3/12/20. In Feb 2020 the product had a different name. So this makes it impossible to look up the trial offer that was offered at the time. As well as any other policy regarding Made Pure Skincare.

3) On the invoice sent with the product there is no instructions on how to return the product. Hence why it was mailed to: Made Pure Skincare, ATTN: RMA, Suite 262, Odessa, FL 33556 on 2/18/2020 at 10:16am PDT. Product received on 2/6/20 and returned in 12 days well within a 30 day return window. USPS tracking number: XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. When I contacted customer service on 2/7/20 the representative refused to give me information on where to return the product even though I asked twice.

4) Made Pure Skincare is perfectly able to contact my credit card company to straighten out the refund with a phone call. Thereby avoiding a "double refund". But they won't because this is a SCAM and this company is committing fraud. The State of Florida needs to put the owners of this business out of business immediately.

On 11/25/19 I placed an order for samples of a product calls Made Pure Skin which I received on 12/2/19 shipped from 13266 Byrd Dr., Suite 262, Odessa, FL. I contacted them and advised they cancel my account because there was a discrepancy in shipping costs (more than what my order stated). On 12/4/19 I received an order from Simply Restore located at 13266 Byrd Dr., Suite 573, Odessa, FL however I never ordered the product! When I called the agent named Luis advised they (Simply Restore) are the ONLY company located at the 13266 Byrd Dr. address and he said he had no record of previous shipments or a request to cancel the account. I made it clear that they are not to send me any future orders and I am NOT to be charged for any product or shipping. He stated he would speak with his supervisor and call me back tomorrow. I suspect this location is a distributor for multiple products and they sent shipments of two different products although I did not request both.

No further contact by the busi I wish to receive written confirmation from the company/distributor that I will not receive and further product AND that I will NOT be charged for what they sent me already.

Business charge my account without permission. My account was subject of fraud shortly afterward.
On November 4, 2019 I was sucked into the Shark Tank ad about this skin cream. The ad offered a "free trial" which they then requested your credit card information for the shipping costs of $6.92. After I entered my credit card information but before I entered submit for the order I looked researched a little and decided against the purchase and logged out of the site. To my surprise the charge of $6.92 was charged and the cream was sent. The cream is awful, it was like the cheapest of body creams it broke out my face. Shortly after this initial charge I had fraudulent charges on an associated card (it is my believe this company is involved in cyber security fraud). That card had to be cancelled. Yesterday, the bank contacted me over a charge of $89.95 from this company (charge on account as mutofin*mutofacecream). I am happy that USAA caught this right away. This is my household debit card and it had to be cancelled leaving me without the ability to access my checking account.
I wish that I could share the information you are requesting; but I never received any kind of confirmation or documentation from this company. I logged out without accepting this offer but somehow it went through anyway. I have checked all my email boxes just to make sure that I haven't received anything else from the company and I have not. Thank you for your investigation of this fraudulent company.

Desired Outcome

Their advertisements are lies and their company is committing crimes; the company should be shut down. I'm sure they have scammed people for hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars. Shut them down! Clarifying the below question; I haven't contacted them I don't care about the $6.95 and I'm not going to spend hours having customer service people give me the run around; the people answering the phones do not likely have anything to do with the systemic digital fraud happening. I feel this is a higher level problem.

sent products I never ordered
I received a package today of nutritional supplements that I never ordered. The packing slip listed my name and address, but did not supply any information as to where they came from. It was sent by UPS, so based on the return address, the products came from Made Pure, 13266 Byrd Dr Suite 262 Odessa Fl 33558. I don't know if they plan to charge me for these products later. I never ordered these products and will return them through UPS immediately.

return the items. never again send me anything.
