I never ordered this cream but was sent this package with my correct name and address
I have never ordered or heard of this product before I received it in the mail today, and according to the packing slip, I am *** order#XXXXXXXX, and the number they list is 888-207-1750

They advertised free trial period I called during that timeframe and received info to return unopened box,sent back the same day and never rcvd rfnd
I called during free trial period and the representative did her best to get me to keep skin cream by offering 1/2 price refund. Said I had not opended did not want to purchase at the inflated price. The trial price was 4.95 which was charged to my VISA account on 8/20/2018 and then they also charged my VISA 89.95 on 9/3/2018. When I received my VISA statement and saw the 9/3 charge of 89.95 I called to return. It took a lot of convincing the rep to give me return info but she finally gave me info which I acted on right away. I called them 2 weeks later and inquired about my refund and the rep told me that I had not sent back in time and that I had not called in time to get full refund. I argued that if I hadn't contacted them in time, why would they provide me with all of the return info. I followed all of their instructions and now I have no refund and they have the unopened jar of skin cream back. I know that quite a bit of time has passed since I began this process as I had been in car wreck and have been dealing with injuries and have had shoulder surgery. I am finally able to begin working again and catching up on many things that have been put on back burner until I could deal with them. Thank you for your attention to this matter as I feel this company has ripped me off.

If I could give fewer than one star that's what this company would get. They're dishonest, don't waste your time and money. The 14 day trial period is from the day you create the order, not from the day you receive and begin using the product. So, if it takes 3 days to get to you, that time is included in the 14 days and they are quick to charge your account when the 14th day rolls around. So you end up paying these thieves $94.90 ($4.95 S/H for trial + $89.95) for a 1 ounce jar of watered-down ***! Don't give them the satisfaction.

I ordered the product because of special offer to pay only shipping. Did not like the the products, never agreed to be charged was never told price.
I ordered Made Pure cream and serum after seeing an advertisement saying you can try the products free of charge - only pay shipping.
I did not like the product, made my skin feel very dry. Never heard from the company (asking if I liked the cream or wanted to return it)
I wa so surprised to see charges on my credit card for the amounts of $84.95 and $89.95.
I called the company and offered to return the products but they agent on the other end of the phone said if I did send it back they would take three week to process the return but for some reason they had a deadline of February 7th for a refund so I would miss the deadline.
I told the agent that was not acceptable and she offered an immediate refund of 25% and then 50% and when I told I would complain about them a refund of 75%. My cancellation ref is ***. I spoke to agent ***.
This is a scam! I never agreed or signed that I accept to pay nor did they disclose the ridiculous
price they will charge.
I am more than happy to return the products I only used them once, but I want a full refund.
Please help!
