Ms***We have looked into your account on we have a order placed on February 5, for magazines We sent you a confirmation packet on February 10, We have never received anything in the mail saying you were not happy with the service, and we have pulled the phone logs
and you have never called to say you were not satisfied with the service or that you wanted to cancel We cancel at anytime, we just have to be notified We had sent you a letter on March 1, 2016, and April 4, with no response Ms*** has paid a total of $to our company, and has been receiving her magazines I am not sure what the $dispute is for If Ms*** paid that amount it was not to our company At this time Ms*** will receive magazines for the next year, and then they will not continue We have cancelled her order, and put her on out no call list, and she will not billed from us We can help further please give us a call ###-###-####

I am sorry for any inconvenience all you had to do is contact out office and we would have cancelled your account at anytime. I have looked at our electronic log, and there have been no inbound calls to our office. I have...

checked with the publishers and the Reminisce and Woodcraft have been sent out to [redacted] N. [redacted] XXXXX. There was some type of error with the Super Chevy which we were unaware of until now. Magazine Solutions will send a refund check to Mr. [redacted] to the above address. The magazines have already been ordered so they will continue for a year and then they will stop.
