We have one order from Ms. [redacted] on May 3, 2015 for a one time payment of $159.90 for 3 magazines for 2 years. We have only charged Ms. [redacted] that one time payment of $159.90, and sent her confirmation letter out on May 4,...

2015. We have never had any other order from her and we have never charged her account again or anytime before this order on May 3, 2015. We are sending Ms. [redacted] and [redacted] and [redacted] to [redacted] Dr [redacted] OR XXXXX. We are not calling Ms. [redacted] she is on our do not call list since she is a current customer. If Ms [redacted] is getting calls it is not from our company. What are the numbers calling her? As of July 2, 2015 we have never had any calls or mail from Ms. [redacted] stating she is not happy with her service. Ms. [redacted]'s magazines have not been returned or her free vacation. Ms. [redacted] if we can help you further please call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX.

We have looked into this order and we have an order placed with us on August 28, 2015 for a one time fee of $159.90 for three magazines. We sent you a confirmation letter and your vacation voucher on August 31, 2015. We have...

pulled all records on you order, and we electronically log all calls and we have never received a call from you at our office number XXX-XXX-XXXX. We cancel all orders at anytime if a customer is not satisfied. If a customer does not call we do not know they are not happy. At this time we have cancelled this order and Mr. [redacted] is on our do not call list. We do not save any billing information for any customer. If Mr. [redacted] wants to reorder he will have to call us directly. All we ask is that Mr. [redacted] returns the vacation voucher for his refund. Mr. [redacted] will receive magazines for a couple months since we already ordered them. We canceled all magazines as of today, but it will take a couple months to stop completely. If we can help you further Mr. [redacted] please call us at XXX-XXX-XXXX
