I was informed that I will receive the refund of$ 89.94. Therefore, this problem is resolved too.Thank you very much for your help. I hope the company will grant, at least, the full 14 day trial after receiving the crèmes and give a good visible information about the price of the "sample crèmes" and not hiding it in the small prints.

The response was not true. I had no knowledge of any 14 days.  Also, I have a written receipt of when I purchased a trial version and that was only from Rapid Renewal. Plus, you are offering to refund only one month of my money and you took 2 months out of my bank.  That can be proved too. You never sent any cream during all of the time that you took more money.  That in itself, shows you that your statement is not true.

My issue is not with being charged a ridiculous amount of money for a sub-par product.My issue is the form of marketing this business uses to "bait and switch" unknowing consumers with the intention of over charging them once they receive a product they did not want/order. Magic Face Therapy offers a trial size of their face lotion for $3.95 and when the consumer enters their bank information to receive the trial size the company then sends them a full size bottle (which is still less than an ounce!); most would not even realize it was not a trial size. Once the consumer receives the "full size" they have 7 days to return the bottle or the company charges them $89.99. It is completely misleading. After calling to confirm I would not be receiving a monthly charge, I was informed that the company did intend to charge me monthly for this product, without my consent. They also informed me that if I did not return the bottle that was sent I would be charged the $89.99. I only ordered a trial size! It is outrageous that this type of advertising is legal. Nowhere on any of the information sent to my home or on the advertisement was there any information informing: A.) that they would not be sending a trial size but instead a full size bottle B.) there would be a monthly charge unless I cancelled C.) The "full size" product was $89.99This type of advertising is intentionally misleading and harmful to consumers. It is clearly meant to deceive and should be stopped.I look forward to any further questions or concerns you may have regarding my dealings with this company.

Thank you for your fast response. In the meantime I contacted my Bank to find out the exact amount what the company charged me.  I do not use online banking.
Surprise, the company charged me twice the amount.  $89.94 was charged to my [redacted] Credit Card by [redacted], Tel[redacted], and
$89.49 was charged by [redacted], both on the same date, March 28, 2015. The name Beau Derma  is not shown anywhere.
I expect the refund for a total of $ 179.43
Here are the first six digits  [redacted]  and the four last   [redacted]   of my [redacted] Card.
The package was returned today to: MAGIC FACE THERAPY AND NOVADERM, Attn:  Supervisor of Customer Service[redacted]
including the letter and copies of the packing list and shipping notifications.
I am sending you  5 copies  by Fax regarding this issue.

Misleading advertising and poor customer service. This is a scam!

am not satisfied with this resolution and I feel I should receive a full
refund.  First of all the Terms & Conditions were not made available
on the webpage I ordered Nova Derm Eye Cream & Magic Face Therapy
from.  I ordered from the following internet site,
www.trymagicfacetherapy.com/d/special6u and there were no Terms &
Conditions nor was there a box that allowed you to accept or decline anything. When I talked to Magic Face Therapy  Customer Service (10-19-2015) they stated that there was a box to check to accept or the purchase
could not go forward. They referred me to a
different webpage, but that is not the webpage I used to place my order. I went back to the webpage I ordered from and looked again and confirmed
what I told them was true (there wasn't a box to check).   When I first submitted my complaint (10-20-2015) to the Revdex.com the  webpage I ordered from was still up and
running. I went
on the webpage today (11-9-2015) and the webpage I used to place my order has
been taken down, it now states "webpage cannot be
found".

This company offers trial samples of it's product for the price of shipping and then continues billing monthly at super highly inflated rates for an inferior product. I was in the hospital when my first delivery arrived and didn't cancel in time, only to receive a third shipment!
By the time I was able to reach the company by phone I'd been bilked $ 180.00!!!!!!!!!

Review: I went online and purchased a trial size bottle of Magic Face Therapy lotion for $3.95 on Wednesday, August 12, 2015. On Thursday morning I received a phone call from my bank informing that there had been fraud on my account and we went over my recent purchases. After hearing that I had ordered a trial size lotion from an online advertisement my bank informed me to make sure I cancelled any future orders as this is occurs often with trial size purchases.

I received a small bottle of the lotion in the mail on Monday, August 17, 2015. Pursuant to my bank's request and not wanting any additional products from Magic Face Therapy I phoned the Customer Service Department today to cancel any future orders. After being on hold for over 20 minutes I was put in touch with [redacted] who made several attempts to give me discounts which I believed were for future orders. However, [redacted] informed after cancelling my order that I would need to re-send the lotion or would be charged $89.99 for the bottle I had already been sent.

This is outrageous. I told [redacted] there must be a mistake because I only ordered the trial size, she did not seem to have an answer. This is predatory and completely misleading advertising and should be stopped.Desired Settlement: Advertising Trial Size lotions for $3.95 and sending a full bottle of lotion (without telling the consumer!) with the intention of charging them $89.99 after 7 days of receiving the item should be stopped! This is false and misleading advertising geared towards overcharging consumers.
