Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The address you provided is not for TruwestIve reached out to them and they did not receive the paymentThey stated it would post immediately if they had received itWhy has the tracking information not been provided? I have spoken with Ms [redacted] and she will not owe the $I told her that if she needed help with anything else to contact the customer relations manager and she would make sure it was taken care ofThe customer owes nothing

Spoke with the customer again and explained that there are not multiple hard hits on his creditBecause of the time frame in which it was pulled, it will only be one hit from the initial credit inquiryThere are no additional inquiries to removeWe are also investigating the situation internally in regards to complianceApologized to the customer and let him know we are here to assist with anything additional, if need be

Customer went to Autonation and they stated she didn't have the warrantyGot with our warranty clerk and it's in the system and activeCalled customer and let her knowShe is bringing her car to us on MondayLet her know to call me directly if she ever needs anything

Our CRM left a VCM and emailed the customer regarding his concernsWe cannot, by law, allow the customer to handle the title and registration of a vehicle that is being purchased at our dealershipWe apologize that he was not informed of how long it would take and will be getting with the salesman's manager for training purposesRegarding the inventory tax, that is something is applied to all of our vehicles and is outlined in his contract

Our Customer Relations Manager has contacted the customer and this has been resolvedWarranties had already been cancelled

Our CRM spoke with the customer the same day he left a messageHe had stated he hit a pot hole and had to get his rim fixedStated the tire shop instructed him to get new tires as they were just inside the yellowHe asked about the certification on vehicles and our CRM explained that the certification specs are set by Toyota and do not change with each dealershipOur service manager was not available that day and the salesperson was out sickOur CRM asked if the customer could send a picture of the tireHe sent the picture but our CRM did not get it until the next day when the salesperson was hereShe showed the picture to our service manager as soon as she saw him and that is when he asked to see the tiresThe customer did not have them so we had him send the invoiceOur service manager reviewed the photo and the invoice and we decided to reimburse the customer $for each tireThis decision was later in the day on Monday and the customer was contacted on Tuesday morning and agreed to the refund

Our office manager has spoken with the customer and her daughter and this has already been resolved

This is a used vehicle and since it's not a Toyota product, we cannot guarantee there will be a second keyI have already been in contact with the customer, before he filed, and he said he understood there wasn't a second key and we are already in the process of getting him an owners manual at no cost to him

We sincerely apologize for the delay in this cancellationWe have managers and the dealership CRM involved and have acquired all of the paperwork neededOur warranty clerk is involved and has spoken with the warranty company to have this expeditedWe are working to get this rectified ASAP

Service manager spoke with customer, apologized, and is refunding the $

Revdex.com: I suppose that my vehicle and information was indeed in a different person's name as I had suspected because I received no call or message from Charles Maund as referred to in their responseEven so I called again and left another message that was eventually returned and was able to send my signed form for cancellation to a financial adviser to process againAt this time they say that it will truly be deposited, but I don't know about my other qualmsI am very disappointed that it took a report to the Revdex.com to get a call back and in general that no explanation or accountability had been offered as well as the time that it took to respond to my messages despite repeated assurances that they would call within the hourThis is definitely not a dealership I would buy a vehicle from again nor recommend for anyone Regards, [redacted]

The lien holder has received thisEmployee at the front desk there signed for it

Our sign says Toyota Certified carsMs [redacted] was aware she was purchasing an As is unit since she signed the paper stating it was As IsI have attached the document I am referring toCMT does not take responsibility for the customer having her vehicle repossessed
