Review: I have ordered a mailbox from [redacted] (Mahvelous Mailboxes and More) and called her several time asking to a status. She almost never calls back and it seems like she does not have a clue what is happening in her business. We placed the order May 11, 2013 and it has been 4 months and she does not know the status of my order.Desired Settlement: All we want is the product and a truthful status.

Back in May, I received two orders for the 12B Mailbox on the same day. 1 was for [redacted] & [redacted], the other was for a drop ship to someone in another state. It's normal for this manufacturer, who is located in [redacted], to take at least 4 weeks and sometimes as long as 8 weeks to manufacturer a mailbox. They are hand crafted, one at a time, and not made ahead of time.

Review: Ordered mailbox address decals. After weeks, no delivery. Run around. Lied about shipping Finally offered refund then never refunded. Disputed with Visa.Want others to stay away from this dishonest business.Desired Settlement: Refund as promised

I don't know why her decals never arrived. They WERE cut and WERE mailed, twice, by regular US Mail, not trackable, so I can not prove they were mailed or delivered. If I was going to be dishonest, it would sure be for more than $22. I'm fairly certain they were just inadvertently tossed out, or stuck within the pages of a magazine and may turn up eventually as the envelope they come in is not very large. I did promise to refund [redacted], on Oct. 6th. I did not yet refund her, as of Oct. 19th, so she is understandably upset and is due $22. This is the mailbox industries busiest season, and I am shorthanded. Since [redacted] stated she already disputed this with Visa, there is no need for me to do anything else except to profusely apologize to [redacted] can have the satisfaction of knowing that Visa will charge me a $20 fee for this dispute, plus the $22.

Review: Ordered mailbox through Web on 2/3/16. PayPal paid 2/6/16. After hearing nothing by 3/6/16 tried to get in touch with them. Called telephone number on receipt (telephone disconnected). Called another number. Got through to an answering machine and left message. Also sent an e-mail to their service department. To date (3/9/16) have heard nothing. Started working with PayPal to try and find out what is going on.Desired Settlement: Would like the mailbox I ordered. If not, a refund.

Ordered a mailbox flag a month ago, have not received it yet. Tried to call and email, have not gotten a response from them. Would not recommend nor will I do business with them again!

Review: On January 7, 2016, I ordered a mailbox plaque for my brother's birthday. I have tried contacting Mahvelous Mailboxes by e-mail several times, asking about my order, but have received no reply. I would still like to have the plaque, but if that isn't possible, I would like to have my money refunded. I paid $78.00 by credit card.Desired Settlement: Delivery of product

Review: I ordered a magnet from them and they promptly took my money but I still have yet to receive the product. I have called 4 times leaving messages and no one has contacted me to help with this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the product to be over nighted to me or I would like a full refund of my money.

Hi [redacted], I was out of inventory, and just got new ones in on Tuesday. Your order was mailed via regular US Mail yesterday, Wednesday, June 2nd. I sincerely apologize for the delay and the fact that I did not inform you of the delay. You should see it in a few days. If you don't have it in your hands by June 15th, PLEASE let me know and I will get a replacement mailed right away.Also, what number did you use when attempting to contact me? To answer your question I called the number that was listed on the order confirmation email and it is the same one that was listed in the signature of your response via Revdex.com (###-###-####). The first time I called it said your mailbox was full. The other three times I called I left detailed messages with my phone number and email address. If you never received my messages you should look into issues with your voicemail.
