Acree air is not a trustworthy co. Juan told me that my service fee would be applied the cost of my parts and labor and the company would not stand by that claim.I made several calls and still they refused. In addition the technician tried to sell me a lot of other work and created a doom and gloom scenario for my ac unit, do not believe what they tell you

Robert arrived on time and correctly diagnosed the problem. He repaired it in a professional manner.

I was fortunate enough to get Josh C. (Service Pro) as my technician for a service call in Pinellas County on 11/14/15, and I could not be more pleased. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and concise way. Customer service at its finest!!! Robert was quick, professional, polite and friendly. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of his job. We have been dealing with a lot of big companies that just lack the honest, clean and upfront character of Robert G. and Acree Air. If I could give them higher than a five-star rating I would!!
Trust is hard to come by these days and people don't keep their word for nothing. This is definitely not the case with Acree Air and Robert G.. They have restored our faith in good customer service promotes good business and happy customers. Highly Recommend them!!!

Great company from the start. Quick and precise and when we needed a new system they were more than helpful. My wife was due for melanoma surgery and they made concessions for the system to be installed so she could relax in comfort afterward. Excellent service and follow up.

The Acree people were wonderful! After resolving the issue of how quickly they could be here, the technician was on time and did a wonderful job! He quickly identified the problem and repaired it, walked me through some other issues and allowed me to decide how to proceed. Robert G. did an outstanding job!

Their technicians are all professional and knowledgable, recently Josh provided service and replacement of parts for us and was very thorough, he explained all of the work to be done and made some great suggestions for the future health of our system. Mike was great. He took his time explaining the issues I had with my unit and cleaned both of the inside and outside completely. I have been using you guys for over a year now and Mike was the first to do this.

I was very satisfied with the job that James H did when he came to service my air conditioner. He was on time, and he explained what he was going to do and why. He
