Justin B. was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything to me in language that I could understand. I have done business with Acree for several years and will continue to do so.

Robert did a great job, knew exactly what the problem was with our non-working AC. Took him a few minutes, very knowledgeable and very nice. I'll definitely request him again!

My a/c was not blowing cold last night and when I checked, the outside unit was a solid block of ice. The lady that answered the phone when I placed an emergency call this morning was very polite & courteous. After explaining the situation to her, she arranged for a technician to come out this afternoon. Ben [redacted] was the wonderful technician that came out and checked my complete system. He got the a/c working but said due to "mice holes" in the duct work, I would need to do more. Ben was awesome in explaining what needed to be done and why along with advising me of different options available. Acree will be coming out tomorrow to seal my duct work which should solve my problem. Ben is a perfect representative of the wonderful people at Acree Air and should be commended for his courtesy, thoroughness, and all-around niceness. He even replaced mouse traps that I had up in the crawl space after I reset the food on them. Again, thank you to Acree Air. I wouldn't call anyone else for A/C work.

Acree Air Conditioning has been providing maintenance and follow-up service to my home for several years and their service has been nothing less than highly professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

We have been working with Acree Air Conditioning since October 2012 when they recommend we replace our, then, 7 year old air conditioning unit and handler. At that time we also signed up for a monthly payment program where they come out to our home every 6 months to check on our equipment and clean it once a year. Just prior to this last visit we had an issue with the contactor where it was "stuck" hence causing the handler to ice up and leak water. After replacing the contactor, Josh C. came out to inspect and clean both the outside unit & handler. We are extremely pleased with his work and the attention to detail he provided. He was able to troubleshoot some issues that could lead to much larger problems if left without action. His sevice to our investment and to the safety of our family has been invaluable. Thank you Josh C. for answering our service call needs above and beyond our expectations. May God bless you and your family for all you have done for ours!

Neilson said I needed a new motor for my air handler. He said it would cost over 1200.00 but he would have to check on it the next day to find out the cost and how long it would take to get it. He said I needed to buy a new air conditioner since the unit was 10 years old. I told him I wanted another opinion. He got defensive and wanted to know why I wanted another opinion since he already told me what was wrong. I paid him the 79.00 service fee but he never got back with me the next day. I called the next afternoon and spoke with Michael and explained what had happened and that I had never gotten information about the total price for the repair or what it would cost for a new AC unit. He offered to refund my 79.00 service fee but he never followed through with that either. I never found out what it would cost to repair the unit or to replace the unit. I was cut off once I said I wanted a second opinion and I was never refunded for the service fee although they advertise satisfaction guaranteed or money back.

Technician was on-time and listened carefully to my description of the issue. He was able to resolve all issues quickly and put into plain English both the cause and resolution for each issue.
