Dear [redacted] , Thank you for addressing your concerns regarding your account with SignpostI’m sorry to hear that you were not looking to continue advertising with SignpostUnfortunately, Signpost never received any notification from you that you did not want to continuePer Signpost’s Terms of Service which you initialed on May **, 2014, we require a business hour notice prior to your bill date should you want to cancelSignpost emailed you on April **, informing you that your account was going to renew on May **, Signpost did not receive an email or phone call back from youAfter that, Signpost called you on May **, to talk to you about your account and your renewalUnfortunately, your voicemail box was not set up so that we could not leave a voice message with youInstead, Signpost emailed you later that day (please reference email dated May **, 2015, 3:22pm CST) Furthermore, after no response back, Signpost emailed you again on May **, at 4:34pm CST that we still haven’t been able to get a hold of you and that we made certain upgrades to your accountFinally, since the time of this complaint, Signpost has made attempts at calling you with no response backWe would love to rectify your concerns, but unfortunately, we have not heard back from youPlease call me directly at ###-###-#### to ensure that your account is taken care of appropriatelySincerely, Camille W***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Signpost did not allow us to cancel the contractWe scheduled an off boarding meeting and then received calls from AmieShe would not go through with the off boarding and instead gave us the same information we continuously hear about them creating "new contacts" by reaching out to our existing customersWe have repeatedly told them to not contact our customers from our phone and e-mailAs we are a small business that sees our customers face-to-face daily, I feel it inappropriate to constantly be e-mailing them for feedbackWe asked again for our customers not to be botheredAs a marketing company, we were guaranteed new contacts a month, not bombardment of our current customersWe have sat through a few more phone calls which still center primarily around contacting existing clientsAt the end of the last phone call I asked that, prior to our next call, a plan be developed that does not include my existing clientsI am still unsatisfied with the service as their service was pitched as an opportunity to expand my client base and online presenceWe scheduled an off boarding meeting and were not taken through the steps to leave the program and am now having to sit through the calls to attempt to make this useful after the $1,that has now been invested in their serviceWe are now 2/of the way through the service contract and have gotten exactly one (1) contact, not the purported twenty (20) we should have according to their five(5) per month sales pitch they assured usAt the end of the day, regardless of the actions taken through Revdex.com, we will never recommend Signpost to any companyThey are an erroneous example of a marketing company that leaves their consumer unsatisfied, which is vividly apparent from the large number complaints circling around the same issues In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: They did agree to break off the contract However, I still paid $for services I never received Attached is a copy of the contract that I did sign I highlighted the portion of the agreement that they failed to uphold: not once did they give me new customer contacts, not a single one No where does the contract state that I need to do something for them, just pay them monthly and they will guarantee new contacts They did NOT hit that guarantee, so I felt it is very fair to cut the contract, AND refund me for services that were guaranteed, but NEVER provided In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
