I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Thank you for your response and offer However, I am still requesting a full refund in the amount of $1, I was falsely lead to believe my two websites were in dire need of a total rebuild and makeover I was told some meta tags were missing and the rest had to be redone This, as it turns out, was untrue You did not add any new meta tags and only made a change to one of the existing ones which resulted in my site having errors and not being able to pass W3C validation I was also told my body text on the webpage needed to be redone and changed for better SEO, however, none of the text was changed I was also told you would target the keywords of my choice However, you targeted your own keywords which had nothing to do with the ones I wanted and had little to do with my two sites Since you didn’t complete the work you said my sites needed, and since the one change you did make to the one meta tag that caused the W3C validation error was removed, I am again requesting a full refund in the amount of $1,Thank you for your time and help in resolving this matterRegards, [redacted]

Absolutely a waste of money! Do not spend money marketing with this company, they are the worst company They sent me statistical information on the performance of their company boosting my SEO and ironically it was the exact same information that I was paying another company to perform who I had been with over a year which are the same numbers I had already been tracking They were trying to take credit for another business' performanceFour different marketing reps called in a month period stating they were assigned to my account and the previous person was no longer with the company You are wasting your money doing any marketing with the company!!!

We hired them to help with our web traffic, which had taken a big hit. We paid for a 4-month service. Very shortly after they started doing things our traffic and sales tanked further. After the contracted period they did about another month's work at no charge to try to correct some of the damage, and traffic did increase somewhat again - but only to the not-good level we had hired them to address. I told them not to make changes to the site without telling me about them first. Sometimes they did, sometimes not. Several of the Facebook and blog posts they did were illogical, badly written, incorrect and actually harmful. I had to considerably change or delete some of them. Particularly bizarre was their lack of communication after things had gone south. I talked to them about it. One said he'd call a team meeting to determine what must be done. A week or two later another said the same thing - clearly indicating they hadn't done that. Days after the end of the agreed time the project manager called to discuss a specific plan. Only after I pointed out that the time was up did she say they were going to do some more work on it. Their lack of communication was bizarre. (I know I've used that word twice - it fits.) It seems quite clear that specific things they did resulted in damage to our rankings. This is a very poorly run company. I guess I will file a complaint here, since they make no effort to address the situation. We gave them a lot of money and they not only didn't help us, they hurt us.

which was developed by and is hosted by Market Leader The customer then purchased a 4-Month Internet
Marketing Package on 6/25/for the agreed upon cost of $(payments
scheduled as $on 6/25/and $on 8/25/14)The payment scheduled
for 8/25/was never processed because the customer had expressed his dissatisfaction
with our services at that pointAdditionally, the customer purchased a listing
distribution service on 8/1/for the agreed upon cost of $
We have since become aware that
there are limitations associated with websites developed and hosted by Market
LeaderAs a marketing and development company it has been our effort to offer
services to assist with these issues
Listed below are the services
that were completed during the duration of the customers’ package (Please note
we provide the majority of our work at the time of purchase and the remaining
time is used for maintenance, updates and reporting):
-***+ Profile setup and optimization completed 6/30/
-Pages of on page Search Engine Optimization completed and
implemented to website on 7/23/We were not able to add Htags, ***
webmaster tools, *** analytics, and *** sitemap to some pages due to sitebuilder
limitations set by Market Leader
-Page of written page content implemented to website on 8/1/
-Listing Distribution was sold (8/4/14) and completed (8/5/14)
The customers’ consultant had
informed them of the limitations that we encountered with his Market Leader website
and that an option to avoid them would be to redevelop their website into a
different formatA new website that would allow him to fully benefit from the
marketing effort we have put forthThe customer was not interested in
redeveloping a new website and as a result, his consultant offered other
off-site services that could help to bring more traffic to his siteWe moved
forward with some of these options (i.eListing Distribution)Shortly after
is when the customer called in to inform us of his dissatisfaction
Due to the customers’ dissatisfaction
and that we were not aware of the specific limitation of Market Leader websites
at the time of his purchase; we have agreed to refund the customer in full, in
the amount of $We also permitted the customer to keep all week we had
provided to the customer
In speaking with the customer
since this, we have come to the understanding that there was a great
miscommunication and that we are working to ensure that none of our other
customers have a similar experienceWe agreed that the resolution we offered
is mutually satisfactory and he has notified us that he is going to pass this
information on to the Revdex.com in an effort to remove this
complaint as it has been resolved

While we do feel there is miscommunication and misinformation involved with this customers' account, we have worked with our credit card merchant to refund the customer in full to resolve this issue

Marketing Package expired on 8/22/At no time did we receive a request to
cancel the serviceWe did receive a phone call from *** *** *** Services
on 8/22/stating that the customer thought she only got months of services
of the month packageWe explained to them that this was not the caseTo address the customers’ concerns in this complain

account manager did contact her multiple times to discuss the report but did
not reach her, as stated in this complaintIf he did not leave voicemails, he
should have, and that has been addressedHis contact attempts were to discuss
the results of the service package and the option to renew services upon
expirationWe feel there was a miscommunication at some point towards
the end of the customers’ marketing package as all services were provided as
ordered for the full 4-Month time frameAgain, we apologize for any negative experiences you

First of all their response clearly states I paid for a month package on April 2014, but I was given a report of services on 7/23/That is at three monthsWhen I responded to that email saying I still had another month, I got no responseIn fact, I've heard nothing from anyone since 7/23/except for *** *** (the guy Who kept calling my cell phone, not leaving messages and therefore I thought it was solicitor)Instead of going over the "Work" they had done, he started into a super aggressive high powered sales pitchHe was aggressive and rude and I had no idea he was my new account managerHe said nothing about my report at all or that he was taking *** ***'s placeAfter talking to him, I left his boss a voicemail and emailed all the other people I had been in contact withNot a single person contacted me or has since that email on 7/23/I did extensive research into what they actually did for me at that point because my confidence in them was ruinedI discovered that they had done very little for me and did not increase my website traffic at allIn fact it is less that it was at times nowThey did not write 100-words of written content on each of my two pagesInstead they wrote or so for both pages combinedWhat is more, they wrote it in a place that anybody can because my website is one that can easily be edited by the common person
Bottom line is this company seems to be run by a bunch of thugs who are pushy, aggressive bully'sI feel totally scammed and then I was harassed at the end by *** ***I want my money back except for the additional $200.They did actually write decent enough content for that job as far as I know I have sent my credit card company pages of proofEmails with no response, graphs showing no better traffic, promises made and not delivered and copies of written content on my website consisting of only or so wordsThis is a very bad company and if it had not been for their aggressive sales techniques, I would have looked at all the complaints online about them before paying them one red cent! They took 6K per month from us in the first two month...didn't even do the bare minimum they promised they would do and when we ask them to fulfill their agreement they refused to do any work until they got paid another 6K They are scammers, they barely do anything of value and you're better spending the money and investing it elsewhere...Terrible work, terrible ethics Save your money and time and look for a business with good reviews...I got suckered and I'm sure other did because they had good rankings for themselves so I thought if they could do it themselves they could do it for me...boy was I wrong

light of our substantial revenue losses because your SEO program harmed our
rankings and the traffic to our website, we feel that minimally $(the
amount we paid for your SEO services) would be more fairAs for your company
doing the right thing, I would suggest that you consider in your calculations
in determining what you conclude is fair the month delay and an additional $
expenditure we incurred because *** *** didn’t quote us a responsive
website. Quoting from an article dated
December 22nd, 2014, by your own employee, *** ***: “Mobile marketing has skyrocketed in recent
months, as evidenced by record Black Friday sales on mobile devices…. Generally speaking, having a responsive
website is a necessity; people are accessing content from a variety of devices
nowadays, and a website that’s not compatible across devices won’t see as much
engagement and return visits. A
Google study (well before our company began doing business with Mainstreethost) found
that 74% of people said they would return to a website if it worked well on
their mobile device. On the other hand,
55% expressed that a poor user experience would hurt their opinions of that
brand.” I trust that given our overall experience, you will in
good conscience do the fair and right thing.

I am sure that other customers, like myself, will appreciate that companies as well as individuals make mistakes, correct
them, learn from them, and become better because of them
