As a Distribution Model Store, we sell straight from the manufacturers, sometimes the carrier's bringing in the merchandise are delayed or all items we are expecting not delivered, we strive to do our very best to get customers their merchandise in the most efficient way possible, now on the part of not receiving the daybed, we can not know every single model we sell, this was an issue that we had never experienced before, where the daybed he ordered would not fit a pillow top Mattress, due to the extra heightWe sent out our best Furniture Technician to find out what the issue was, the solution that we explained to the customer was we can exchange the mattress for one that fits, or we can exchange the daybed and find one that fits his mattress, he chose to keep his Pillow top mattress and exchange the daybed for another grey day bed of similar quality which did fit his mattress, the customer than tried to get out of the agreement they made with the lender by saying that did not receive the merchandise at all and have it cancelled, daybeds of that style are rare and not something we can custom make to meet all of their needs, we did the best we could to resolve this matter with the customer, the daybeds features on both were nailhead trim and button tufting, the model that fits his pillow top mattress only comes in a lighter grey instead of a charcoal, no other manufacturer makes one in charcoal to fit a pillow top which he chose because he said he comes home at am and sleeps on as not to wake up his newborn baby, the only other solution is he asks for the original daybed back and selects a regular mattress which was his other option to begin with

Consumer was notify in her invoice number # [redacted] she was also notify verbally that the merchandise will be order from the manufacturer and that it will be send to san antonio with a comendcarior freight company to reduce the freight charge, She had opportunity not to continue with the purchase 1: when she was notify verbally and the second time when we provided the invoiceRight below the model number and description of the item that she was going to purchase it states This is a {SPECIAL ORDERS) SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION [redacted] A minimum fee of 30% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on all special order cancellation, On seller approved for the cancellation*ALL EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL [redacted] SELLER OR CARRIER CAN DESIGNATE A DAY, on the back of the invoice states, FOR DELIVERY AFTER THE MERCHANDISE HAS ARRIVE IN SAN ANTONIO, but not a specific timeSeller or carrier cannot move, haul, or rearrange consumer furnitureAvailability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is writtenSeller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We have a day bed but it is not the color we requestedWe told his employee that builds and loads the furniture to take it back he then responded it did not fit in his truckWe next called [redacted] to inform we didn’t want it he said to pick a diff day bed he gave us a website where we would be able to choose another day bedWell picked it and he said it would take a week for pick up and delivery so a week went by and still no day bed we still have they day bed we did not wantWe would call [redacted] and he would say he was going to check the order and see if it was in stock, then we would call again because he wouldn’t call us and he would give us the run aroundLast time I spoke with him he said to call him after three because he was painting his floor and he would have some one deliver well we called and texted and [redacted] never called back never responded to my textNow we’re still stuck with the second day bed that we did not like because it is not the correct color does not match the desk which we tried to return when his employee came and did not want to take because he said it did not fit in his truck [redacted]

On June consumer did a special order of some furniture, consumer sign and agree to the store policy, which indicates that SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION, SHE FURTHER UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE THAT A 30% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE CHARGED ALL ORIGINAL MERCHANDISE HAVE BEEN DELIVER, Consumer inspected the merchandise months before it was deliver she indicated that she was satisfied with the merchandise, once consumer finish paying the layaway, the merchandise where deliver, weeks later consumer stated that she will like to exchange all merchandise, we agree one more time a special order was place, one more time consumer understood and agree that the order is not subject to cancellation, If consumer did not agree to the store policy no special order will had been done.Consumer has all documents that clearly indicate store policy and 30% restocking fee

We stated on the original response we well gladly provide her full refund all she needs to do is return the day bed to the warehouse

I was never notified verbally of any of these "opportunities "The topic was not even brought up in our conversations As a matter of fact the only verbal agreement was that my vanity would be delivered on Tuesday May 30, And everyday since then he would make up some lie as to why my vanity wasn't in yetFirst it was because there was a storm here in San Antonio and the truck couldn't unloadThen there was different trucks delivering merchandise but my item wasn't in the first truckThen he had to go to the warehouse and pay the delivery so he could get the 2nd load on the truckThen the people at the warehouse were not there to open up the gatesThen another story was the truck was going to deliver but was delivering at various locations here in San Antonio and they didn't know exactly where the truck was but that I had to wait till the truck got to their location I just got tired of all the liesSo to this date they don't even have the vanity to deliverThis vanity comes with so many problems that I don't want this coming into my lifeJust give me my money backAs proof to all his lies the only signature you'll find is where he charged my credit card the amount of $dated on May 26,Nothing else has my signaturejust reimburse me what I paid

I am rejecting this response because:This guy *** is LYING about everything!!!! When he FINALLY let us see the furniture,it was out of a box and he pulled out a PILLOW!!! We went in thinking we would see the furniture out of the box so we could fully inspect it!!! And he DIDN’T deliver, we went to pick it up and took back the furniture the VERY NEXT DAY, not ONLY because of the quality,but because he also gave us the WRONG size of headboard and footboard!!! And when we returned it, he clearly stated that he could’ve told us that was cheap furniture and the quality wasn’t good because it was from China and offered to exchange it for with with AMERICAN MADE FURNITURE!!! His dumb restocking fee his the only way for him to make money!!! He orders you cheap furniture, takes your money and will return ONLY PART your money even after he says no exchanges! We have been waiting months to get our money back like he promised and now the ONLY reason we MAY get it back is because our bank is working for us to get it back! Now it could take another months to get our money from this ripof! Notice he didn’t mention ANYTHING about the refund in his response, because he knows he’s full of crap!!!! How am I even supposed to accept this as a resolution when he doesn’t even agree to give me back my money as promised!!! But this just makes it easier to catch the Attorney Generals office along with all his other complaints to shut him down!!!

I am rejecting this response because:I have already provided all the documentation with all of the proof.  But since I just received my latest credit card statement, I am resubmitting my statements with a summary of all the transactions with this business.Please see attachment.  There were more attachments with correspondence from credit card company also on my last response.   Please refund amount owed to me of $500.00. (I have already sent [redacted] at Majestic a copy of my cancelled check via registered mail) I believe Revdex.com needs to intervene because [redacted] is not seeing all the proof I have already provided.  Hopefully the Revdex.com can also see that [redacted] has already issued credits twice and canceled as soon as I walk out the door. I need a more secure method of refund.  This has gone unresolved too long.

On 07/22/2017 [redacted] did a special order on two recliners,  [redacted] understood that the special order are not subject to cancellation, she understood that a 30% restocking fee will be charge if the cancellation was approved,  see documents wish she sign agreeing to...

the terms, Invoice 2005, and store sales policy, On 10/02/2017 a refund was provided for $974.23, see document attached,  After receiving $974.23 in her account [redacted] call her back and disputed additional fund  of $488.40, the dispute was done on or about 10/05/2017, on or about 10/05/2017 [redacted] receive additional $488.40 in her account, after [redacted]  received a total of $1462.63 for a perchase that [redacted]  made for $974.23.do to the following reason I'm not able to provide any additional refund.1. [redacted] agree to the store policy.2. On 10/02/2017 [redacted] receive $974.23 3. On or about 10/02/2017  [redacted]  receive $488.40 additional funds that she was not initial.4. as of today we have not received any funds back from the merchant services.5. on or about October 2017 [redacted]  receive additional $488.40At this time the position of Majestic Furnishings  is as follows, 1. Majestic Furniture is requesting back from [redacted] $474.232.  Majestic Furniture  is further requesting the over funds that were provided of $474.23.If [redacted] will like to stop by my office and provide me bank statement that will indicate that the over refund was return to us it will be helpful for her and Majestic Furnishings, If she will not stop and provide me with the bank statements we will enforce the 30% restocking fee and any other legal fee.

I am rejecting this response because: Attached is the original add from Majestic Furniture for Day bed at 399.00. The purchase price on my invoice was for $495.00 ( daybed WITH  trundle price). Therefore, YES, I was originally charged for the day bed WITH trundle and paid in full. The invoice the business has attached is NOT the invoice I received at time of purchase, and can only assume it is falsified. I attached a photo of the original invoice I received at time of purchase and still have on file! I have also attached the add created by Majestic Furniture that I took in originally for purchase of furniture.

included with trundle, we have agree to provide her with a trundle as soon as they become available an no additional charge, buth if consumer can not wait for them to become available, pleas have consumer return the day bed for a full refund. As of today we have no date for delivery on the special order of the trundal

Majestic furniture has exchange the day bed as it was requested by the consumer, Majestic Furniture has gone out of the way to help consumer, Majestic Furniture believes that no matter what Majestic Furniture does it will never satisfy consumer.Majestic furniture regrets that consumer is not satisfy with the color  that consumer selected on the day bed, there is nothings Majestic Furniture can do to help

consumer stop and purchase a bedroom set, consumer clearly stated to me that she was not ready for delivery that she will be getting her apartment the fallowing month, furniture was schedule for will call, yet the furniture deliver the furniture no charge, consumer receive a bed rail damage, the bed...
