I had my foreman *** *** there all day today working on the awning and he is going to get it fixed to your satisfaction As to the rest *** informed me after talking to you today that the number he had been calling was the wrong number So I'll apologize for that part as for me not calling I had *** call you back since he was there and going to do the work I am not going to argue back and forth The awning roof will be fixed to your satisfaction by *** one way or another As far as the attorney goes let me know if I need to get you my attorneys number I am standing behind our work And getting it fixed, and believe it can be resolved without going that route And once again as far as everything I stated being a "lie" I apologize for the confusion in the fact that *** did tell me that he had been calling the wrong number And I should have sent him directly to your house or tried calling myself when he was not getting a response ***Majestic Roofing and Construction LLC###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because: I have been waiting for any type of contact from this business for over years. Not only can I not trust them to give me a roof, I cannot trust them to give me a quality roof....if they ever decide to do so. The only resolution from this will be a refund in the full amount of $especially considering it has been over years. I am tired of being ignored and used. I am demanding my money back as I am entitled to it

This is complete bs My foreman *** *** has called them three ***es and left voice mails to set up a ***e to fix there patio They have not once returned his call to get it fixed A matter of fact he was there this evening and is going tomorrow to resolve there issues
They have not pd in full on the contract for the work that has been done either The issue would have been resolved had they returned a phone call and I can pull phone records to prove he has called them This complaint should be removed from our record due to there lack of communication and the fact they have not pd in fullAnd the fact it will be resolved one way or another tomorrow morning Thanks***Majestic roofing and construction LLC###-###-####

We have spoken to *** *** about her house. The previous owner owes us money still for the roofing job we did. I explained this to *** and the salesman explained to someone in her insurance office. We are trying to figure out how to get the papers *** needs and
she understands what is going on. We know about her due date. She now realizes this is why the previous owner doesn't get back to any of our phone calls or hers

I have received *** calls about getting the roof done and his wanting to just have his money back I have spoken with Jesse and he is planning to do the roof He wants to make this right He said we signed the contract and he wants to honor it. Thank you Angela

I have talked to [redacted] about his roof.  This first was a company no longer in business in Missouri.  We have agreed to help [redacted] fix his interior.  Our agreement was once he got an estimate from his handyman drywaller, he was to call me and let me know what it came to....

 I called him Tuesday evening, February 9, 2016 to follow up since I have not heard from him.  He did not answer and I left a voicemail along with my phone number.  I am just waiting to hear back from him.[redacted]Majestic Roofing

We will send someone over this weekend, Sept 16-18, 2016.  We will call first.

One of our Guys stopped by but [redacted] was not home.  Tim left a card.  [redacted] got a hold of Tim.  They have spoken about the work to be done.  A salesman was bringing by siding samples to get a color decision from [redacted].

There is a large group of us in our neighborhood (Billings) who decided to go with this company to repair hail damage (Billings). They were quick to respond at the beginning but very SLOW to complete things. Many excuses and promises were made but never kept about work being completed.Lack of communication or callbacks is a MAJOR issue. It is now the end of the 2nd summer of good weather and several of the things on my home have not been completed as well as others in our neighborhood. The workers for this company are very nice and hard working but clearly they took on many more accounts than they could complete in a timely manner.
