I am very dissatisfied with majestic as the timeline [redacted] said he would have my roof done is well over two months past due... They said they would put the shingles on the roof prior to installation and they set them in the middle of my drive way. They as set there in a way I can't access my garage doors. And have been sitting there for two months. I called and in person have asked [redacted] when my roof will be started and now finished and can't get an answer. I asked for the extra pieces on my roof be removed (as in old chimmey) and [redacted] didn't relay that to the roofers and when I questioned [redacted] about it he just shrugged his shoulders. I made agreements with [redacted] to put in six roof vents and they only installed 4. Also when I asked [redacted] in person about why he is tying up my driveway so long and he argued with me and shrugged his shoulders again telling me four houses have not had shingles dropped on the roof. I don't care who else's driveway you are tying up I care about being able to use my drive for the last two month... Majestic wants to do my siding on my house next . Sorry to tell you I will not be spending anymore money with them

To make this concise, I have in writing the work would would start 9-1-15 with estimated completed date on 9-6-15 signed by Jesse H. The work was not started until 09 October 2015. Debris and new roofing materials, not being secured, were blown dangerously in my yard and adjacent yard. I had been told different or adjusted stories continously . I called Jesse H. a couple times and he never would answer. Once he did text when I called, saying he was on the road and would call in a couple hours; he never did. The roofing personnel did not call inspectors before putting on shingles as per law. Plus, they did not apply I & W properly to specifications until inspector (I called for them to inspect per instruction) told them to, which is 24 inches above wall. The roofer told me, when I asked him prior to inspector's visit if the I & W was 24 inches above my wall, they had only enough for one row. Three times they wanted my check and I said no. The third time, I had to use one swear word to make my point. I have been threatened for sharing on experience on fb too. I regret having entering a contract with them. They could renege with no consequence but I cannot. I do not want them to touch my fascia or drain board or anything else. The roof edge is cut crooked and looks a mess. The metal strips are not flush with edge of roof. Color of shingles are inconsistent. To me, they broke the contract when they did not deliver service as indicated by paper signed by Jesse H. I have told three of them that I am tired of being lied to by Majestic. Now, I'm afraid they'll retaliate visit even worse shoddy workmanship. I wonder how many more people have had their property damaged by them but are too meek to say anything. Russ said that I am the only one that is giving them trouble. He was attempting to intimate me this evening 11 October 2015. I truly wish Revdex.com could help me.

Review: Majestic Roofing replaced our roof on the house we own in [redacted] last October. In the agreement, the company stated that if anything was damaged as a result of their work, they would replace and repair at no extra cost to us. In April 2014 I accepted a position in the [redacted], Washington with [redacted] and moved. My husband and son stayed until our son finished school. At the end of May 2014 I went back to [redacted] to help my family move to Washington. On May 31, I found that our roof was leaking and causing water damage in our upstairs linen closet. I called Majestic Roofing and informed them of the leak and also that our house was for sale, and that we would be moved out of the location by the end of the week. They told us that they would be out after the next two weeks, as they were booked solid. They said they were going to follow the agreement and repair all damages, including the inside. We left house keys with my husbands parents, and their contact information with Majestic, so the workers could get in to the house. On June 18, our Realtor was showing our house. It was raining heavily, and when they opened the linen closet, water was coming down. I had my mother in law go to the house to try to contain the water, she informed us that there was a large water bubble in the bathroom wall as well. I contacted Majestic again. They said they would be out on July 22 to fix the house. I called my parents, and they went to the house and found the leak. The flashing around one of the chimanies was damaged extensively, the insulation in the attic around that area was soaked, the rest of what remained of the ceiling in the closet had collapsed, along with the water damage in the bathroom wall. My father sent pictures of most of the damaged areas. We were informed by my mother in law that they did come out and fix the roof on July 22 but refused to look in the attic, and refused to start repairing anything inside. We were informed that they would fix the rest at a later date, but they refused to say when. On July 23 I called Majestic again after talking with my Realtor and she informed us someone was going to be putting in a bid on our house, and that there was still daylight shining in the attic. I informed Majestic about what our Realtor said, and told them that we no longer had any more time to wait, and that this had been going on too long. They agreed that to send someone out on Saturday July 26 or on Monday the 28. On Monday we hadn't heard from the company, so we called our neighbors, who is also a contractor, and asked if he would check on the house. They had not fixed anything in the closet, and had cut out they damaged section of sheet rock in the bathroom, but didn't replace it, they just put mud in it. We never heard if they had even checked the attic. I called Majestic again. I was not happy with their solution for fixing the wall, as that is not up to code, and refusal to fix the closet. The owner informed me they would fix only what was damaged by their work. The closet was damaged by their work. I was told they were to finish this morning July 29, 2014. They never did, and my husband received a phone call this morning from their sales representative who cussed out my husband over the phone. We have an inspection scheduled for this Friday, so we had to hire another contractor to fix the damage so that it will not prevent the sale of our house.Desired Settlement: We want Majestic Roofing to pay the other contractor because they refused to finish the work and refused to do it to code.

We fixed our leak. The damage Ms. [redacted] is referring to we believe is old damage. The cracked plaster had more leaking over years to ruin it, it was not from our job. She believes we were responsible for it. We do not. Back and forth letters have gone on about this. I sent a reply that stated we would be willing to split the bill with Ms. [redacted] in order to save everyone legal fees and not waste anyone's time anymore. I have not heard a response as of this date.

I had a very negative experience with this company, along with my neighbors and friends.
After numerous unanswered phone calls to the owner, and failed promises of workers and material to be here at my house, my work was completed a year after the contract was signed.
My biggest complaint was there was no communication between the owner, his foreman as to when the materials and workers were to be here. Also, if there were delays this was not communicated with out me trying to reach them
I wouldn't recommended this company to anyone.

Review: Contracted with Majestic on May 19,2014. To this date 8/26/2015 the work has not been completed to our satisfaction. Multiple calls to the owner have not been returned. One trip out by his foreman on 6/17/15

To view the unacceptable work lead to him telling us they would return in two weeks to repair the problems. To this date they have never been back. This work done on our back patio is the worst quality of work we have ever seen.Desired Settlement: To have our patio restored to the original condition before the hail storm hit. And to have their shoddy work redone.

This is complete bs. My foreman [redacted] has called them three [redacted]es and left voice mails to set up a [redacted]e to fix there patio. They have not once returned his call to get it fixed. A matter of fact he was there this evening and is going tomorrow to resolve there issues. They have not pd in full on the contract for the work that has been done either. The issue would have been resolved had they returned a phone call and I can pull phone records to prove he has called them. This complaint should be removed from our record due to there lack of communication and the fact they have not pd in full. And the fact it will be resolved one way or another tomorrow morning.

Review: Hired Majestic roofing and Construction to replace my roof and repair some water damage in our laundry room on 12/2/2011. The work was completed but when we recently repainted the home we found water damage in the ceiling at same location that was supposed to be repaired. We removed the drywall and found that the roof that they replaced is leaking. They are supposed to have a 10 year warranty on their work and I've tried contacting them multiple times and I always get the answering machine. I've left a number of messages and nobody ever calls back. My number is [redacted]Desired Settlement: Since we haven't heard back from the company I've had to move forward with hiring a roofer to repair the roof then I have to have a Handy man repair the dry wall inside the house. When I left messages I tried to tell them it was urgent because I couldn't let the damage continue. Since I've had to pay for this out of pocket because they have not returned my calls I want the company to pay for the repairs.

I have talked to [redacted] about his roof. This first was a company no longer in business in Missouri. We have agreed to help [redacted] fix his interior. Our agreement was once he got an estimate from his handyman drywaller, he was to call me and let me know what it came to. I called him Tuesday evening, February 9, 2016 to follow up since I have not heard from him. He did not answer and I left a voicemail along with my phone number. I am just waiting to hear back from him.

Majestic roofed my house at 251 11th Lane NE, Power, MT 59468. There was a warranty on the work. A month ago I reported to them the roof was seriously leaking. They agreed to inspect it within 3-4 days. I have tried reaching them by various phone calls and they are not answering or returning my calls. In the meantime, much damage is happening to the interior of the house.

Review: during roofing replacement, members of company did not follow instructions to protect acrylic glass solarium cover and scratched several panels. They are not taking responsibility to replace damaged panels. I agreed to have the company that installed the solarium cover try and buff out scratches. They could not and recommend replacement of panels.Desired Settlement: replace damaged panels as requested to be installed by original installer.

We have discussed with Mr. [redacted] numerous times about these scratches. There has been 3 big hailstorms since he installed these solarium panels. There is no way of knowing if these scratches were indeed caused by us or if they were there before. When hail hits with force it sometimes can scratch. Since there is one scratch that is obviously man made, we are willing to replace that one panel. Mr. [redacted] is not happy with only one panel being replaced.

I have several photos of the solarium cover that will show the scratches were not there before Majestic started the roof replacement. I also have several photos during the project that will show Majestic did not cover the solarium as requested by myself on numerous occasions before the project. The company that sold and installed the solarium tried to remove the scratches by using the factory recommended compound and could not. This company has been installing these covers for years and agrees that the scratches were caused by the negligence of the roofing company and not hail. Not one, but every panel, 8 in all, has scratches. Some worse that others.

For these reasons, I can not accept the rational used by Majestic Roofing.

I am meeting with my attorney again next week. Any offer from Majestic needs to be sent to me in writing to be evaluated. After an offer is received, my attorney will contact Majestic for further discussions for a resolution. After hearing my next door neighbor's story with the trouble he also has had with Majestic I have decided to let my attorney speak for me since I do not want the Majestic representative, [redacted], anywhere near my residence. He has also lied to me in the past, and has lied to the company he hired to try and remove the scratches from the solarium glass, so I don't want [redacted] calling our home either.

I manage a motel and was fotunate enough to discover majestic roofing not only did they do the motel I manage but also the second motel in town owned by the same owners . I found their work to be very efficiant, my property was cleaned up and the crew was pleasant I found the head man very helpful and informative.
