Major League Collision

I was told by my attorney to call Steve from Major League Collision for a free estimate after a car accident I called Steve and he said he needed to tow my vehicle to his location to give me an estimate I was told there would be no charge for the towing or the estimate because he works for [redacted]   After Steve found out how much my insurance would pay to fix my car, he told me he was going to keep my car and I needed to sign an authorization for work document I did not like the underhanded way he got me to have my car moved to his body shop and how underhanded his pricing tactics are I told him I was going to hire a tow truck to pick up my car and return it to me He then made up charges such as administrative fees and hours to break down the car and all that was removed was the bumper and the right headlights His bill came out to over $1, I told him I did not authorize him to break down the car and I would only pay for the tow truck I went two

[redacted] Mercades was brought in from Dependable autobody to finish repairs not complete from there facility on 3/15/15, we rewrote a estimate based on what was needed to get it drivable Major league collision was paid from [redacted] for all the repairs we performed with some parts that he purchased out of pocket, others we purchased as provided from our estimate We have never dealt with the insurance company on this vehicle as our understanding [redacted] cashed the insurance check and paid for repairsThe only issue we had when [redacted] picked up is car was a defective fan assembly that was replaced and he drove his vehicle off the property on 6/17/15, We had nothing to do with any prior arrangements from any other shop and only completed what was asked to based on the estimate provided, [redacted] can call his Insurance company to have any additional repairs covered since he dictated how his repairs where completed, We stand behind our work!

I did not authorize any services by Major League Collision. There is no signed contract. They took it upon themselves to begin work on my vehicle after I told them that I was taking my vehicle elsewhere. In addition, after I took my car to another shop yesterday, I was informed that there is no way it took 3 hours to tear down my car so why am I being charged for 3 hours tear down? If there is no signed agreement by me, they had no authorization to do anything to my vehicle but inspect and produce an estimate. The tow truck was requested by them to accommodate Steve so he wouldn't have to come to my home to inspect my vehicle. Steve promised me I would not have to pay for the tow truck.Therefore, I should not have been charged for the tow truck either. My car was held for ransom until *** Police came and talked to them. If they can produce a written contract where I agreed to Major Collision towing my vehicle and tearing down my car, I will not pursue this matter.

My vehicle came in for repairs post an auto accidentThey were to do a balance and alignment on itThe tire pressures are all different PSI'S and the steering wheel is cocked to the right side when then wheels are straightThat is worse then when the vehicle came in to the shop for repairsThe plate covering my spare tire lock/hitch lock has been broken off and is now exposed to the elements and also give theifs a chance to damage the lock and take my hitch and spare tireThere is also a broken plastic piece to something that was left on my seatI have not been able to identify where it was broken from at this timeNone of this damage or missing parts was were that way when the vehicle came into the shopThe damage was never discussed with me and I have made attempts now to resolve with the business who will not return my phone callsThey also put over 1k miles on the vehicle and left me on empty when they received the vehicle it had a half a tank of gas in itThat is just

incorrectly from Farmers, and the mileage from the Alignment shop that is correctWe never repaired anything on here vehicle other than an inspection, and then Farmers picked up the vehicle and towed it to the Chevy Dealership...We haven't performed any service that was unethical or fraudulent in any way, we are sorry for her unfortunate situation.Sincerely,Major League Collision

$witch included our cost on the tow bill reimbursement and labor for teardown because it is all included in the estimate processSince *** *** requested not to repair her vehicle with us after we provided services and requested to pick vehicle up, we explained that she would have to pay our fees! Wednesday she showed up with no intention of paying our fees and threatened to call the police and report her car stolen, We Couldn't understand why she was going to such extreme measures and called the insurance company to inform them of what was taking place when we discovered she had cashed the check for the repairsWe finally came to a reduced settlement Thursday so she could remove her vehicle with the help of Officers from *** *** ***There is no reason for reimbursement because she didn't actually pay *** *** issued a check with our fees included

I was visited at my work and told they were going to be mailing me a painted part that would match my Tahoe to replace the cover that was missing and I have yet to receive that part.
